American Patriots Must Ignore Those Who Choose to Spend their Lives in Washington and Presume to Inform Us on . . . Anything.
This is pretty easy. We don’t need Kathleen Parker or Peggy Noonan. But let us face it, George Will and Charles Krauthammer have also become irrelevant. We are in a time,
where those who live and work in Washington D.C., have no understanding of We the People. Furthermore, there is no evidence they care. Will is turning seventy and Krauthammer is only 61, but they have become grumpyy old men.
Agree or not, Will’s criticism of Huckabee is fair. The Governors statements will hurt his candidacy if he runs. But if Huckabee runs, he, like Gingrich, is better off without the endorsement of either Will or Krauthammer. What would Will know about, “sensible Americans, who pay scant attention to presidential politics at this point in the electoral cycle,” anyway?
Will, in his WaPo article criticizing Huckabee and dismissing Gingrich, could find just five choices for the Republican Presidential candidacy. Notably unnamed were two women, Governor Palin and Congresswoman Bachmann and a black man, Herman Cain. Make of it what you will.
A clear difference separating Krauthammer from Will? You would not mind having Krauthammer for a neighbor.
