Get ready Ferguson crime victims, the Obama Race Police are coming to your town.

But first, the DOJ completely cleared Officer Darrin Wilson. Attorney General

  Holder stated that the evidence supported Officer Wilson and then inexplicably gave credibility to the “hands up don’t shoot” narrative.

President Obama incredibly characterized the report as “uncertain.” “If there is uncertainty about what happened, then you can’t just charge him anyway just because what happened was tragic,” the President opined. But there was no uncertainty in the DOJ report about Officer Wilson. Here are three DOJ Report statements on the Kelly File Friday night:

Attorney General Holder moved right on from Officer Wilson to the Ferguson Police Department which he found was racist because it is guilty of “disparate impact” meaning a higher percentage of blacks are arrested or ticketed than their portion of the population of Ferguson. The Report does not account for eight smaller mostly black suburbs that surround Ferguson. Large numbers of citizens from those suburbs drive into and through Ferguson daily.

Attorney General Holder will move against the FPD.

“We are prepared to use all the powers that we have…to ensure that the situation changes there. That means everything from working with them to coming up with an entirely new structure,” Holder said. “If necessary, we’re prepared to” dismantle the Ferguson Police department.”

President Obama had largely gone unnoticed Monday, before the release of the DOJ Report on Officer Wilson and Ferguson, when he unveiled his National ObamaLaw Plan! This is a plan for progressive Federal takeover of state and local police.

“We have a great opportunity… to really transform how we think about community law enforcement relations. We need to seize that opportunity… this is something that I’m going to stay very focused on in the months to come,” Obama said, as he touted a new interim report from his Task Force on 21st Century Policing.

Black crime victims get no attention from President Obama or his Justice Department. To successfully Federalize America’s police, Blacks charged with misdemeanors and felonies must be seen as the victims.
