This Constitutional Conservative, and my personal friend, participated in the Monday night CNN New Hampshire Republican primary debate. CBS said this about her performance:
America, Meet Michele Bachmann: She avoided questions (and tricky federal filing deadlines) about why she was debating if she wasn’t running by preempting them. She announced tonight she was officially in the race. And with her performance, she proved she’s going to be a serious contender. (Tim Pawlenty, watch out.) She accomplished all her objectives tonight. She staunchly defended the Tea Party and unequivocally defended her views on social issues (“I stand for life), but then reached out to a broad swath of the party by emphasizing her economic bonafides and experience in Congress. She needed to show she was in the race to stay, and she did that by showing she has a record of fighting Obama (she would repeal “Obamacare”) and would take on Washington and her own party if necessary. (She took “principle over party” when she voted against President Bush’s financial bailout.)

For the last several months, thousands of patriotic Americans encouraged me to run for President of the United States. After many weeks of prayer and thoughtful discussion with my family and friends, I have decided to take the next step forward in seeking the Republican nomination for President of the United States.
This afternoon we filed papers with the Federal Election Commission to create a new committee, Bachmann for President!

President Obama, in an NBC interview, strangely said of Congressman Anthony Weiner, “I can tell you that if it was me, I would resign.”
Many Republicans and Democrats have declared that Weiner should resign. None put it in the first person. Even President Clinton didn’t put himself in Weiner’s place. It does seem strange that Obama could, in his own mind, find himself in Weiner’s place.

24,000 PAGES SHOWS GOVERNOR PALIN HARD WORKING—NO DIRT!

The emails released on Friday show Palin’s office repeatedly trying to defend her and criticize Murkowski by comparing their spending habits.
Well golly gee! If you publicly examine 24,000 pages you are compelled to complain about something!
Dozens of media have tried as feebly and failed as miserably as The Hill to generate Palin tongue clicking.
On the other hand, The Telegraph (U.K.) just led with the goodness they found:

The trove of more than 13,000 emails detailing almost every aspect of Sarah Palin’s governorship of Alaska, released late on Friday, paints a picture of her as an idealistic, conscientious, humorous and humane woman slightly bemused by the world of politics.
One can only assume that the Left-leaning editors who dispatched teams of reporters to remote Juneau, the Alaskan capital, to pore over the emails in the hope of digging up a scandal are now viewing the result as a rather poor return on their considerable investment.
If anything, Mrs Palin seems likely to emerge from the scrutiny of the 24,000 pages, contained in six boxes and weighing 275 pounds, with her reputation considerably enhanced. As a blogger at Powerline noted, the whole saga might come to be viewed as “an embarrassment for legacy media”.
CNN, almost uncharacteristically, did the smart thing and reported the good news, Watch:

ANTHONY WEINER, “PROTECTING CHILDREN ON THE INTERNET”—OF COURSE

Protecting Children On the Internet
In early 2007 my office did a study that found that over 85% of registered sex offenders in New York City live less than five blocks from schools, and 670 sex offenders live within just two blocks. Some offenders are even closer, permanently residing less than 500 feet away from unwitting parents, educators and children.
Along with several colleagues in Congress, we introduced & passed the KIDS (Keeping the Internet Devoid of Sexual Predators) Act of 2007, a bill to require sex offenders to register their e-mail and instant message addresses with the National Sex Offender Registry. The “Kids Act’ implemented one of my six recommendations to keep a closer eye on sex offenders both near school grounds and online. I also proposed stricter GPS tracking of sex offenders, tougher enforcement of registration laws and more public disclosure of sex offender data.
Sadly, the Internet is the predator’s venue of choice today. We need to update our strategies and our laws to stop these offenders who are a mere click away from our children.

You cannot avoid it. You and I are in the fight for our lives and for our posterity. We are in a fight for America and what is left of Western Civilization itself. Sorry there is no “draft dodging” and especially no conscience objection. We are in a fight for Biblical Truth.
Dave Forman is a self described radical environmentalist; eco-terrorist. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Sierra Club and co-founder of Earth First!. It is Foreman who said, “An individual human life has no more intrinsic value than does an individual Grizzly Bear life. Human suffering resulting from drought and famine in Ethiopia is tragic, yes, but the destruction there of other creatures and habitat is even more tragic.” He also said, “This is war. There are no sidelines and there are no spectators. . . . [T]here is no truce or cease-fire. No surrender.”
Foreman’s activism sprang from Rachael Carson’s fraudulent 1962 book, Silent Spring. His atheism did not. His radicalism sprang from a lack of the Judeo-Christian ethic. Karl Marx is the rightful originator of “isms.” Environmentalism rightfully belongs to Marx.
But Marxism itself is part of a larger system. In the true sense, Judaism is radical. Christianity is the definition of radical. The system that is the root of Marxism and all its “isms” also is the font of Islam. What is that system? It is “the world.” The Holy Bible calls the system, “the world.” Christians and Jews, study the book of Job!
We must clearly understand that when a “New York Info-babe” on one hand rails for a woman’s “right to choose” and on the other hand celebrates Islam as a peaceful Religion, she is not incoherent or inconsistent. Both statements spring from the darkness and are aimed at the light of the Holy Bible. Foreman clearly knew that any of us who do not stand against the advance of darkness, in all of its forms, stands with the darkness, in any of its forms, in our silence.
Decide today! Do not be silent; act, speak, write, pray, give.
DALAI LAMA DECLARED, “I AM A MARXIST,” ENDING ANY BUDDHIST CREDIBILITY
That would be the “Yellow Hat” branch of Tibetan Buddhism which the Dalai Lama leads.
We practice, proclaim and celebrate, Christianity here. We expect to touch and change lives in the process. We support and defend Judaism here. Islam is a regular subject here and we call evil by its name. We spend virtually no time here on the older feeble religions. Here’s a story that compels us to simply write Buddhism off. Done. Kaput. Finished. Sayonara. Audios. This piece in the American Thinker by Selwyn Duke caught my eye.
There is no better way to proclaim your lack of spiritual and philosophical depth than by, two decades after the fall of communism, disclosing that you’re a Marxist. Yet this is precisely what Buddhist spiritual leader the Dalai Lama did during a speech before 150 Chinese students at the University of Minnesota this month. Journalist Tsering Namgyal reports on the story at Religion Dispatches, writing, “‘as far as socio-political beliefs are concerned, I consider myself a Marxist.’ ‘But not a Leninist,’ he [the Lama] clarified.”
Well, that’s a relief. Those Leninists can really kill ya’. Marxists will just murder you.
We’re not on a Buddhist project so let’s just enjoy a bit more of Duke:
This isn’t the first time the Lama indicated that his soul is as red as the robes he wears. During a lecture in NYC on May 19, the Tibetan leader credited “capitalism” with bringing new freedoms to China but then said, “Still I am a Marxist”; he then explained that Marxism has “moral ethics, whereas capitalism is only how to make profits.” That’s some deep thinking right there.
Now, I have the word “capitalism” in quotation marks because it was originated by a communist, and we shouldn’t allow enemies of the good to define the vocabulary of the debate. I prefer to call the mostly free market in question a “natural economy,” as it is what naturally occurs when people are afforded economic freedom; they will buy, produce, sell and compete. In contrast, communism (in the real world, not in the stateless utopia of textbook fantasies) requires a large, intrusive, freedom-squelching government to micromanage people’s endeavors and quash the yearnings of man’s spirit. And because the Natural Economy does allow people the most freedom practical (we still must have courts to enforce contracts, for instance), it is infinitely morally superior to Marxism.

MY NEIGHBOR PUTS A RAINBOW FLAG OUT EVERYDAY —
My friend said. Then he asked, ”What does that mean?”
“It means he hates America,” I said.
The use of this symbol by the left had gone right over his head. What do you think when you see a rainbow flag? Jesse Jackson? LGBT PRIDE? Let’s dig a little deeper. This seems to be a perfect time to visit Wikipedia:

We often hear about and see the rainbow flag in connection with Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow-PUSH Coalition.
“Diversity and inclusiveness, hope and yearning” are not American ideas. None of this is about America’s DNA —God given Liberty. Wikipedia is accurate. Rainbow flags are sometimes called the “freedom flag.” This is, of course, insanity. These causes are not freedom; they are bondage. No, fellow patriots, no rainbow flag represents freedom; the freedom flag is the American flag.
These rainbow flag carrying liberals hate the American flag and the Liberty it symbolizes. Honest liberals know it. Let Sage, an honest liberal explain it.
