ISIS, THIS PRESENT ISLAMIC JIHAD AND OBAMA’S ROSE COLORED GLASSES

Joe Biden.2015.1You can’t make this up! Vice President Biden, who told President Obama’s Countering Violent Extremism Summit Tuesday, ‘There’s an awful lot’ Of Somalis driving cabs,’ pleased the Islamist leaning Muslim Public Affairs Council which tweeted:

Biden just talked about the right wing militias & supremacist groups that are violent in the name of the Bible,”

And, “We wanted them (WH) to include other type of violent extremists. Now they have, let’s keep asking and push,” MPAC said.

President Obama spoke for 34 minutes at the Summit yesterday where he said:

Commander in Chief

“First, we have to confront squarely and honestly the twisted ideologies that the Hitler government uses to incite people to violence.  … So I want to be very clear about how I see it.

“The Hitler government and governments like it are desperate for legitimacy.  They try to portray themselves as racial saviors—almost holy warriors in defense of Nazism.  That’s why the Hitler government presumes to declare itself ‘a Nazi state.’  And they propagate the notion that America—and the West, generally—is at war with Nazism.  That’s how they recruit.  That’s how they try to radicalize young people.  We must never accept the premise that they put forward, because it is a lie.  Nor should we grant these Hitlerites the intellectual legitimacy that they seek.  They are not building a purer race—they’re aggressors.  (Applause.)  And we are not at war with Nazism.  We are at war with people who have perverted Nazism.  (Applause.)”

Oh no! I must have grabbed the wrong dark force against civilization. Perhaps it is this present worldwide Islamist Jihad that President Obama and all his minions are determined not to see. Here is the correct quote:

“First, we have to confront squarely and honestly the twisted ideologies that these terrorist groups use to incite people to violence.  Leading up to this summit, there’s been a fair amount of debate in the press and among pundits about the words we use to describe and frame this challenge.  So I want to be very clear about how I see it.

“Al Qaeda and ISIL and groups like it are desperate for legitimacy.  They try to portray themselves as religious leaders — holy warriors in defense of Islam.  That’s why ISIL presumes to declare itself the “Islamic State.”  And they propagate the notion that America—and the West, generally—is at war with Islam.  That’s how they recruit.  That’s how they try to radicalize young people.  We must never accept the premise that they put forward, because it is a lie.  Nor should we grant these terrorists the religious legitimacy that they seek.  They are not religious leaders—they’re terrorists.  (Applause.)  And we are not at war with Islam.  We are at war with people who have perverted Islam.  (Applause.)”

I know. Can we hold on for two more years?

Frank Gaffney.1

Last week the Center for Security Policy offered The Defeat Jihad Summit. It “clearly and honestly exposed the growing danger posed by Islamic supremacism, global jihad and the ideology that animates them: shariah.”

It featured “freedom fighters drawn from the United States, Canada, Europe, Israel and Australia. Among them were: Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, Senator Ted Cruz, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey.”
