GOVERNOR SARAH PALIN DELIVERS A NEW AMERICAN DECLARATION OF COMMITMENT TO OUR VETERANS AT CPAC 2015

Former Governor Sarah Palin, addressing CPAC 2015 on our veterans, led in with a story of General Washington, who disbanding his army after defeating the British said, “With a heart full of gratitude, I now take leave of you. I most devoutly wish that your latter days may be as prosperous and happy as your former ones have been glorious and honorable.”

Then Governor Palin declared, “That was the wish for our first veterans and it should be ours for every veteran that followed. But we must ask, ‘Have we lived up to that?’” She rolled into a powerful and accurate characterization of President Obama’s failure—unwillingness—to live up to that and his unwillingness to take on and defeat this present Jihad. She closed with, “If you love freedom, thank a vet.”

Be inspired to renew your own commitment to stand for America and our veterans as you watch Governor Palin:
