Meanwhile Congresswoman Michele Bachmann in an address to the 2013 Values Voters Summit laid out the truth about the Obama Regime schemes in clear language. For example, “Think of the power that the Commander in Chief has arrogated to himself. …” and “This is our line in the sand; whether we will be a police state or a Constitutional Republic.” It is a very important message for every patriot to digest and be able to refer to over the coming months. Watch carefully.
Nearly every American who is at least 57 remembers where they were and what they were doing when they heard President Kennedy was shot—as it turned out assassinated—50 years ago, November 22, 1963, by Communist Lee Harvey Oswald. As you reflect on the rhetoric and tactics of today’s Saul Alinsky radical Democrats, devour these few examples from the soaring patriotic rhetoric of America’s 35th President who was so committed to freedom and other God (never government) rights:
“We observe today not a victory of party but a celebration of freedom …”
“[T]he same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe ―the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state but from the hand of God.”
“We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans ―born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage ―and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.
“Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty.
“This much we pledge ―and more.”
“[I]n the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside.”
“Let [all nations] unite to heed in all corners of the earth the command of Isaiah ―to “undo the heavy burdens . . . (and) let the oppressed go free.”
“And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you ―ask what you can do for your country.
“My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.
“Finally, whether you are citizens of America or citizens of the world, ask of us here the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you. With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth God’s work must truly be our own.”
We have learned these past months that President Obama embodies Saul Alinsky’s 12 Rules for Radicals. This is key to understanding the war we are now in with the U.S. Government.
Perhaps most readers have not read Rules for Radicals. But if they are the operational rules in the White House and most Federal Agencies, we had better know them. Here they are. Learn them well. There is no better way to start than with the Alinky book’s dedication, “Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.” Breathtaking. Breathtakingly clear. I repeat, President Obama embodies these Alinsky Rules for Radicals.
“Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”
“Never go outside the expertise of your people.”
“Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.”
“Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”
“A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
“A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”
“Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”
“The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
10. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”
11.“The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”
12.“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”
In an Obama-like Rule 12 manner, Democrat Representative Steve Cohen charged Saturday “A lot of those [Tea Party congressional] members are rabid, they are sophomoric … they all talk in military terms—they’re some kind of guerillas to strike a blow for freedom. …These are the domestic enemies.”
You, fellow patriot are in a war. Now you know the rules your enemy employs.
They set out 100 years ago to fundamentally transform America from a Constitutional Republic into a socialist democracy. They were Fabian Progressives. They themselves were transformed into the much more aggressive Gramsci radicals after the Frankfort School moved to Columbia University in the 1930s. Barak Obama’s first Presidential term completed their conquest of the reins of American government. This second term is War on the People.
As a teen in Hawaii, Barak Obama was personally mentored by one of the leading Chicago radicals, Frank Marshall Davis. Obama was educated with the support and guidance of important radical Chicago insiders, Thomas and Mary Ayers (parents of domestic terrorist Bill Ayers). Saul Alinsky wrote Rules for Radicals. Barak Obama is Alinsky’s 12 Rules for Radicals.
The attack commenced three weeks ago as the fraud media declared that Congress “Shut the Government down.”
The Regime, with complete authority over what to close and what not to close, maximized pain for patriotic Americans and destruction of Liberty across the land. This is Alinsky’s Rule 12: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.”

Barricades and police tape closes the WW II Memorial (built and operated with private funds)
And the Lincoln Memorial
Of course the Mt. Rushmore Memorial is closed. But that isn’t enough. President “Rules for Radicals” closed the highway overlook area complete with guards.
On the little bit of soil we claim in Europe to bury America’s fallen heroes, the D Day Memorial was closed.
Plenty of money here
On the other hand, Camp David and its golf course was open for President “Rules for Radicals.”
Attack the very people who serve America
The United States military was attacked on multiple fronts. Chaplains would be jailed if they performed a marriage or baptism for free.
Families of those killed in Afghanistan were denied access to the arriving remains or a funeral provided by the U.S. Government.
Transmissions of popular TV, such as NFL games, to our deployed military were stopped.
Close private facilities
Parking and access to the privately funded and maintained Mt Vernon, VA (Washington’s home) was denied. There were more than 100 other privately funded and maintained memorials similarly forced to close.
No thinking was too big
The Regime literally tried to close the ocean by preventing private fishing boats in the Florida Keys from leaving the docks.
The pain was always applied selectively
Federal Agencies were closed selectively. For example, the USDA Farm Marketing Services Agency was closed in every county in America. Every phone was answered by a computer with a message essentially saying, “tough.” Examine the USDA Farm Marketing Services Web Site:
On the other hand the same USDA Web Site for sign up in the $80 billion food stamp program was open for business in every State.
Millions fought back
But American patriots swung into service defending Americans and America herself from the radical war coming from within our government. Notables include the Million Vet March where 100s of thousands descended on Washington to make things right—to begin to restore Liberty. Look:

Shame in America

On the evening of August 3, 1492, Christopher Columbus left Palos de la Frontera, Spain commencing his voyage to the “Indies” with three Ships (the Nina, the Pinta, and the Santa Maria) and 90 men—a voyage that changed the world.
70 days later, October 12, 1492, they landed at, not the “Indies” but one of the Bahama Islands. Columbus named it San Salvador (Holy Savior).
Columbus Was a Hinge of History
Columbus opened the way for Western Civilization and the Name of Christ into what he called “this second part of the earth.” The endowment of the Greek-Roman civilization to Western Europe and the great gift of light, Christianity, made the western hemisphere profoundly superior to anywhere else on earth.
Change Was Immediate
He immediately changed the lives of the Indians on “San Salvador” for ill as well as good. The good is apparent. The Taino, while peaceful, had no culture of their own. They lived off the land much as any animal. They suffered from the plunder of their neighbors, the Caribs to the south and east and the Mayan to the west. This changed for these Taino.
The ill? Disease. Neither the Taino or the Europeans had antibody resistance to new diseases. It was several years before the Spanish brought small pox to San Salvador. This deadly disease ravaged the Taino and beyond. In return, the Spanish, who followed Columbus, received and spread throughout Europe new deadly forms of venereal disease.
A Haven For The Chosen
He led the way to a land (America) which would one day provide the first welcome haven to the Jewish people. You see, after Ferdinand and Isabella defeated and permanently expelled the Islamist Moors, they Commissioned and financed Columbus, a profoundly good thing. But they matched that with an equal in evil—they expelled the Jews. It is called the inquisition.
Christopher Columbus received his commission about January 1, 1492. He would need about seven month to obtain and fit his three vessels and build his crews. In early May, the decree of the Spanish Inquisition was published. All Jews had three months to leave Spain.

As the tide began to turn, he was rowed out to the ship where his men waited, and assumed his first command crisply and confidently. In moments, and “in the name of Jesus,” the Santa Maria had weighed anchor, set sail, and was gliding down the river with the ebbing tide. As they reached the place where the Tinto joined the Saltés, just before emptying into the Ocean, a last shipload of Jews was also waiting for the tide. They too were leaving now, bound for the Mediterranean and lands of Islam. It is doubtful they thought of one another beyond a routine log entry. And even if they had, none of that forlorn shipload of Jewish exiles could have dreamed that the three other ships on the river were leading the way to a land which would one day provide the first welcome haven to their people.
Christopher Columbus is one of the few transformational figures in history. There can be no doubt the work he set out to accomplish that August in 1492 was indeed work for the cause of Christ.
“A Boehner blunder?” John Hinderaker asked yesterday at Powerline Blog; then answered his question, “I’m afraid so. Yesterday the House passed a continuing resolution to fund the federal government for the next few months, with multiple riders: a one-year delay in Obamacare, repeal of the medical device tax, protection of servicemen’s salaries, and postponement of Obamacare’s requirement that employers pay for their employees’ birth control. The House package violates the most basic principle of negotiation: you should bargain for something that 1) you want, and 2) there is a chance you might get.
John Hinderaker is one of the most brilliant tort lawyers in America. He knows when a client is sued, there is an opportunity to countersue and enter into a carefully managed “negotiation.” But President Obama and Senate Democrats are not in litigation. This is war.
“Just accept what we’ve done”
Speaking for President Obama as well as himself, Senate Majority Leader Reid warned Republicans that the only way to avoid a shutdown was to approve the Senate bill. “This is it. Time is gone. Our rules are different than the House. We’ve made it very clear that the only way to solve this problem is just accept what we’ve done, just accept it,” he said Friday.
Those are the words of a conqueror, the words of a tyrant. Make no mistake tyranny is the precisely correct word for the play the Obama government is making. Obamacare is not about medical care. It is about the final money and power grab by a leftist movement that reaches back more than a century. They negotiated at every turn for 100 years to gain a mile here or a few inches there. January 1, 2013 they put that tactic away as President Obama declared he would not negotiate with Republicans. It is a commitment he and Senate Democrats have flawlessly kept. They do not even speak with House Republicans.
You do not negotiate with tyrants, John. You go to war. This is the time and this is the place. This is crossing the Delaware Christmas night 1776. This is the battle of “Little Round Top” July 2, 1863. This is the battle of Bastogne December 22, 1944. This is the future of Liberty in America and hope for the world. We will not surrender. These Senators failed to take a stand in the issue that best defines our unbridgeable divide. It includes lost Liberty, lost life through abortion and, down the road, euthanasia, Government persecution of Christians and so much more. Obamacare was never about anyone’s health. It is simply about the consolidation of money and power in the hands of a permanent governing class.
Senator Ted Cruz emerged as the leader for life, Liberty and property for the next year and beyond. You are aware of his 21 hour 20 minutes “filibuster” three days ago in the Senate. Senator Cruz rose Friday to stand one more time against the Senate vote to pass a continuing resolution (54-44) with the provision to strip Obamacare removed. Cruz declared:
Obamacare is the greatest job killer in America.
Obamacare is forcing Americans all over our nation into part time work.
Obamacare is causing health Insurance premiums to skyrocket all over this country.
Obamacare is jeopardizing Americans health care all over this country threatening that they will lose their health care altogether.
“Quite simply, Mr. President,” Senator Cruz declared, “Obamacare isn’t working and sadest of all the United States Senate isn’t listening [to the people].” You’ll want to hear all 10 minutes of the Cruz indictment of Obama-Reid-Pelosi Obamacare juggernaut and the tyranny it brings. Here is is:
Hear Churchill in England’s darkest hour, “We shall fight to the end … we shall fight on the seas … we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing-grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets. Unlike Churchill, we have no New World to rescue us if this present tyranny prevails. This is our fight. We must not fail. Quoting President G.W. Bush, “This will be an age of liberty here and across the world. … The course of this conflict is not known, yet its outcome is certain. Freedom and fear, justice and cruelty, have always been at war, and we know that God is not neutral between them. … We will not tire, we will not falter and we will not fail.”
On behalf of and for the United States of America, Secretary of State John F. Kerry signed the United Nations arms control treaty Wednesday. Representative of American groups determined to maintain U.S. sovereignty, the national Rifle Association’s Chris Cox (executive director of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action) said in a statement, “The Obama administration is once again demonstrating its contempt for our fundamental, individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms.” “These are blatant attacks on the constitutional rights and liberties of every law-abiding American. The NRA will continue to fight this assault on our fundamental freedom.”
But, under the United States Constitution, a treaty is not a valid part of U.S. law until they are ratified by the United States Senate. Before Kerry took his action, Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe sent a letter to Kerry declaring the treaty “dead in the water.” (A majority of senators are on record against the agreement.)
But we have nearly five years experience with President Obama who acts above, around and beyond the law. Tennessee Senator Bob Corker, Ranking Member of the Senate Foreign Relations committee, fired a letter—a very low shot over the bow—to President Obama warning him against taking any actions to implement the Treaty. Here is the letter in full:
Dear President Obama,
It is my understanding that Secretary of State John Kerry will sign the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) on behalf of the United States. The ATT raises significant legislative and constitutional questions. Any act to implement this treaty, provisionally or otherwise, before the Congress provides its advice and consent would be inconsistent with the United States Constitution, law, and practice.
As you know, Article II, Section 2 of the United States Constitution requires the United States Senate to provide its advice and consent before a treaty becomes binding under United States law. The Senate has not yet provided its advice and consent, and may not provide such consent. As a result, the Executive Branch is not authorized to take any steps to implement the treaty.
Moreover, even after the Senate provides its advice and consent, certain treaties require changes to United States law in the form of legislation passed by both the House and Senate. The ATT is such a treaty. Various provisions of the ATT, including but not limited to those related to the regulation of imports and trade in conventional arms, require such implementing legislation and relate to matters exclusively reserved to Congress under our Constitution.
Because of the concerns discussed above, as well as the fundamental issues the ATT raises with respect to the individual rights protected by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution, as the Ranking Member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, it is my view that you may not take any executive action to implement this treaty, provisionally or otherwise, unless and until: (1) the United States Senate has provided its constitutionally required advice and consent to its ratification; and (2) the Congress has passed any and all required legislation to bring this treaty into effect under United States domestic law.

In a thorough 22 page decision, the Texas Court of Appeals, Third District at Austin, found Republican and Christian, Tom Delay, innocent after 17 years of persecution from the Hillary Clinton/George Soros radical left. “Because we conclude that the evidence was legally insufficient to support DeLay’s convictions, we reverse the judgments of the trial court and render judgments of acquittal,” the court wrote. The Judge writing the majority opinion stated:
The law cited didn’t apply
The case was never proven
The charge to the jury was false
Delay should never have been charged
Delay explained his ordeal and how he thrived through it all in a revealing Thursday evening interview on Hannity. Here is a sample:
“It started back in 1996 when the Democrats stated publicly they were going to get me and that’s when the ethics charges started, racketeering suites, and finally an indictment for a law that doesn’t exist in Texas.
“The Democrats found a rogue DA [Ronnie Earle] who shopped it to 6 Grand Juries and swore in the sixth on the last day of the statue of limitations. 30 minutes after they were sworn in, they brought an indictment. Then they appointed a judge who was defeated in his own primary—what they called a ‘visiting judge’ who ‘slow walked’—it took it five years to get to trial. He ‘slow walked’ it because he knew five years under this cloud was a punishment unto itself. He knew the longer it took the easier it was to get me out of office.
“Criminalizing political differences is what the left does. If they can’t beat you politically then they come after you and put you in a grave and dance on your grave. That’s what they do.
“I didn’t have a burden on my shoulders. I gave my burden to the Lord and He carried it and I didn’t have to. Walking with Him every day, you can get through it. I don’t want to go through it again—but I praised Him every day. It made me a better person and gave me the piece and strength I needed to go forward.
“The abuse of our justice system for political gain is just outrageous and should not stand.”
