100,000 TRAINED 99%ers MEET THE DOCUMENTARY “OCCUPY UNMASKED”

We revealed the forces behind Occupy Wall Street (99% Spring)—August 23, 2011 more than three weeks before the fraud media breathlessly gushed about the peaceful youth identifying the 1% that is destroying America for us all—Wall Street. We asked you to decide, based on evidence before the fact if they were really peaceful at all. But as Obama might say, peaceful is “just a word.” As Humpty Dumpty told Alice, the question is not what a word means, the question is, “who decides.” So, “peaceful” and “nonviolent” are words waiting for a “spread the wealth around” definition.

Of course, like the “peaceful Arab Spring,” things sometimes unavoidably get a bit messy. As in the ensuing weeks OWS sprung up in cities across America, the movement lacked a face. Since it was at least as peaceful and nonviolent as, say, Islam, you’d think the face for the 99% occupiers would somehow be World Peace.

It is late but now of course we have a face for world peace, the lovable Metta World Peace.

But, it turns out peace was not the purpose, fairness was. You’ll remember a face presented itself—the face of the voice for the “George Bush is the real cause of the 9/11 inside job,” Jesse Ventura.

But the power behind the thug body replaced the butt of jokes face with the permanent traditional thug face within a month.

If this is new to you, it is worth your time to check out the links. But that was last fall. This March the “real face” “caused” the emergence of the “99% Spring. Check it out as well.

We head into May with 100,000 “99%ers” trained. Here is a report from a trainee:

Deconstructing the 99%ers

(Marian Dryfus in the Americam Thinker) There were several hundred “training sessions” around NYC, as they tell it, over the past weeks, presumably to prepare the raucous and ready to protest the terrible, evil 1% who so bedevil America that average people become unhinged at the thought that the 1% are getting more than they “deserve.” They are not! Paying! Their “fair share,” they hammer at us, ignoring the stats and the vast overpayment by the wealthy over their less moneyed confrères.

At the meeting on the Upper East Side, a three-hour slot on a weekend that replicated dozens elsewhere, we are told, there were three large newsprint sheets on the wall to remind us of what we were fighting for:

  • Who we are. There were some 20 separate items of who we were, among them immigrants, atheists, muslims. Not among the Magic-Markered scrawls: Jews, Christians, patriots, citizens, legal immigrants, illegal immigrants (they pretend there is no such thing as anyone here illegally — all are bunkered into the foolish globalism “immigrant”).
  • What we want. Also 20 items. Lower taxes, higher taxes for the 1%, no fossil fuels, “immigration reform,” renewable energy, criminal justice, lower jail sentences, fairer judges; legalized marijuana; abrogation of nuclear, oil and gas, coal and anything used by all the people coming to the meeting (except for this correspondent, the sole cyclist in the 30 attendees and two moderators), income redistribution, more regulations on Wall Street and bankers, stronger unionism. Absent from the list: recognition of the income distribution curve, knowledge of the importance of oil.
  • What we dream. Some 18 items. Utopian la-di-dah: no capitalism. Lower taxes. (Except higher for the rich.) Cleaner air, water, food. Local food and goods. Better hospitals, in every neighborhood. No closings of health care facilities. No fracking to fracture the social fabric. Absent from the listing: any concept of reality.

We 30 were all Caucasian, with one Hispanic woman, and possibly one Middle Easterner or second Hispanic woman. There were at most two persons under thirty years old. The rest of the crowd were easily seen to be either late bloomers or leftover ’60s radicals nostalgic for backintheday. Aside from the jaunty moderators, in their earning years, most featured snowy thatches, pepper-and-salt or fully grayed roofs; they could have been the ideal Bill Maher audience, rah rah one-sideds with blinkered social vision and hysterical claque views. Most puddled in their ’60s and ’70s. They seemed at or well beyond their earning years, which would account for why so few of them evidently conceptualized factories or working places to actually earn honest income via professions. Some actually thought they could do without any workplaces at all.

At the self-criticism portion of the program, where the moderators stressed that they welcomed both positive and negative feedback, toward the end of the 3-hour training, one well-dressed pewter-haired lady expressed disappointment that there was not “more diversity.” Part of the problem, the leader explained, was that this meeting was in a mostly white neighborhood. Were we uptown, in the Heights, there would no doubt have been numerous examples of “diversity.” “Some groups,” we were told, “had filled up so fast that the group today was the spillover” and was “only accidentally” white.

We sat in a rough circle at a bright, airy (no windows, though) union hall. We divided into four color groups: red, blue, purple, brown; we could do the three training exercises in nonviolent defense via group interaction by hue. The three exercises seemed fun, though they had little spillover to actual nonviolent resistance or whatever was hoped/planned for upcoming protests on Wall Street and wherever else avaricious bankers and capitalists and 1%ers congregate evilly.

The first exercise involved each group creating, using crayons and markers, an “ideal community.” We set to work on the floor, drawing community centers, credit unions (no one dared think bank), animal sanctuaries, livable spaces, renewable and sustainable gardens, a small space for 1% (1% of the space for 1% ers, said one woman, smug with her own wit), a river for a hydro(electric) power source. We pointed out that a flat, non-cataract-connected river would not go far in generating energy. Geothermal and green algae were mentioned, but since they are pie-in-the-sky for the next two or three decades, they went nowhere in real terms. A few minutes into the exercise, the leader, a comely, outgoing, energetic woman in her 30s or so, be-jeaned and be-T-shirted, came by brightly and tore off a corner of our schematic ideal community. We did not understand why, but off she went to do the same to the other three groups.

We set to work replacing the town structures, even a single factory with smoke curling out of its chimney drawn by the moderator when she tore off our community corner. Soon, a bouncy guy with a sign reading $$$$$ Bernie Madoff $$$$$ on his chest came by and tore off another corner, so we were again squeezed as to what our community could contain. Soon, the exercise was stopped, and we re-circled for feedback. What had we felt when we had been subject to the greedy bankers (the word “bankers” never occurred during the 3 hours without the adjective “greedy” to introduce and modify it)? The literal ripoffs were evidently what the greedy bankers and Wall-Streeters do to decent town planners and average townspeople. How did we feel about being depredated? This is what happens “all the time,” in corporate America.

The crowd gave their touchy-feelie responses: It did not feel good! We tried to fend them off! We did not like them coming in and ruining our plans. They gave the feedback that was subtly telegraphed by the moderator. Most of the group had just been flummoxed by the exercise and stayed quiet until the moderator teased us out.

The second exercise got us into two parallel lines of seven or eight on a side. One side was “activists” seeking “their money” from the other side, “greedy bankers.” Tellers, basically. One side was supposed to escalate temper or choler or whatever against the other. Guess which side was supposed to resist. After a few partnered exchanges, we were told to switch professions/statuses, and now “escalate” the temperature or whatever.

Some of the queue members started to shout and demand, scream for their deposits. Some of the bankers/tellers shrank back in the face of the onslaught. As expected.

Feedback time. Some of us fooled the goal of the exercise by being courteous (as actual tellers are trained to be) and by accommodating the demands of the crazed depositors. The exercise got us off the chairs, off the floor (where the town planning had taken place). The expected responses were elicited: We were angry! We wanted our money! Or We tried to be polite. We tried to provide them what they wanted

The last exercise was somewhat diffuse. The 14-page (double-sided) handouts were utilized: The Tactic Star on page 7 gave us all thumbnail breakdowns of developing your tactic:

  • There were points for regrouping, goals & strategy, targeting your goal,
  • location (home of the CEO? Workplace? Train station? News media hangout?), message (what exactly do you want to communicate-this was in fact a sticking point-what did we want to communicate?,
  • timing (early day, rush hour? Midday? Weekend? Why for each…),
  • resources (can you pull it off effectively, what money does the group have? Scale it up, or scale it back? Why?),
  • tone (very important: Solemn? Angry? Calm? Does shouting get the job done? Does it turn people off? Engage passersby or just the targets? Most people grudgingly acknowledged that media is not attending any more, and most of the public is now turned off to scream-fests),
  • organization (how will the action affect public perception, recruiting, member retention?), and
  • relationships (Will key stakeholders move toward or away from the group dynamic and action? Whom to consult, whom to ally with, whom to collaborate with?).

None of the four color groupings could get their mojo going. We did not know what to do, although we were given our strategic action, and we were supposed to create our “action design” as we moved around the tactic star. The source for the planning is credited on the page: Jessica Bell and Joshua Russell, The ruckus society, adapted from J.Matt Smucker, Beyond the Choir.

When we came to wondering what company to “attack,” the obvious names floating back and forth were GE, for the obvious tax exemptions they had famously helmed. I caused our own ruckus by suggesting we attack and focus on…ACORN. Moment of silence. Ah, er,… they are not really a corporation, so… said a few. I rejoindered — but they are corrupt, they extend over many states, they fail to observe the law in every state they are in, they are nefarious and flout the laws. And so on. Silence.

They decide to go with GE, but confusion ensues, as no one really knows what to do next. Like Celebrity Apprentice without The Donald to preside over the avuncular wreckage.

Two days after the training, a robocall reminds us to sign up for training on Thursday or Saturday at the AFL/CIO HQ on W 38th Street, three hours, to “take back America from the 1% with nonviolent action.” Envy and begrudging resentment. Ms. Kushner — Ms. Robocallette — announces that there will be 100,000 people across the nation who will be participating in these actions to take back the country from the 1%. She sounds normal. All the people at the training sound normal. One on one, aside from their envy fetish, they are nice people, it seems. Until you hear what they are not remembering: actual, lived reality.

Did it equip us for “nonviolent protest”? Your guess. Seemed more like a high-school sensitivity training gym meet than anything anyone could put into practice with 99,999 others in their massive action against the 1%.

It seems Ms. Dryfus was not a typical 99%er. But she gives us a good look at the belief system these clueless 100,000 are lapping up. Just when the 100,000 99%ers hit the streets across America, presumably dragging hundreds of thousand more along via Facebook (tested in 2011 in Egypt’s “Spring”), truth meets them in the documentary film, Occupy Unmasked. Here is the trailer:

This is additional footage from this fearless “Andrew Breitbart” production of David Bossie’s Citizens United and directed by Stephen K. Bannon; shown on Hannity Thursday.

Watch for its release.

OBAMA REGIME: JIHADISTS ARE NOT TERRORISTS—AMERICAN PATRIOTS ARE!

“The war on terror is over,” one senior State Department official who works on Mideast issues told Michael Hirsh of the National Journal. “Now that we have killed most of al Qaida, now that people have come to see legitimate means of expression, people who once might have gone into al Qaida see an opportunity for a legitimate Islamism.”

But top Obama campaign strategist, David Axelrod said Sunday, “I think a lot of Republicans in Congress want to cooperate, know better—but they’re in the thralls of this reign of terror from the far right that has dragged the party to the right,” Take a look:

Of course the Syndicate calls us racists, extremists, flat-earthers and more. (The Republican establishment even joins the action. Last year it was hobbits.) So far Joe Biden hasn’t said any of us have “a big stick.”

But now that we have properly called the Syndicate out on their pitiful vocabulary, let’s get back to the serious part of this post—the war on terror is over. Of course they haven’t killed most of al Qaida. Not even close. The Taliban is growing. Under Obama’s careful watch, the Muslim Brotherhood and Wahhabism are on the ascendancy. Turkey has become Islamist. Iran is about to go nuclear. The few sane people in Pakistan are about to lose to the radicals (not to be confused with is hobbits). I was right early about the “Arab Spring.” The Obama damage in the entire Mediterranean and Middle East is incalculable and dwarfs Jimmy Carter merely giving us the Shiah Iran. The Michael Hirsh National Journal Piece is very instructive and deeply sobering. (Hirsh is clearly as clueless as the Obama crowd.)

Can Obama Safely Embrace Islamists?

In an article in the current National Journal called “The Post Al Qaida Era,” I write that the Obama administration is taking a new view of Islamist radicalism. The president realizes he has no choice but to cultivate the Muslim Brotherhood and other relatively “moderate” Islamist groups emerging as lead political players out of the Arab Spring in Egypt, Tunisia and elsewhere. (The Muslim Brotherhood officially renounced violence decades ago, leading then-dissident radicals such as Ayman al-Zawahiri to join al Qaida.)

It is no longer the case, in other words, that every Islamist is seen as a potential accessory to terrorists. “The war on terror is over,” one senior State Department official who works on Mideast issues told me. “Now that we have killed most of al Qaida, now that people have come to see legitimate means of expression, people who once might have gone into al Qaida see an opportunity for a legitimate Islamism.” (In a Tuesday night update to this post, White House spokesman Tommy Vietor clarified that while the “war on terror” concept has been dropped, “we absolutely have never said our war against al Qaida is over. We are prosecuting that war at an unprecedented pace.”

The new approach is made possible by the double impact of the Arab Spring, which supplies a new means of empowerment to young Arabs other than violent jihad, and Obama’s savagely successful military drone campaign against the worst of the violent jihadists, al Qaida.

Some of the smarter hardliners on the Right, like Reuel Marc Gerecht, are coming to realize that the Arab world may find another route to democracy–through Islamism. The question is, how will this play politically at a time when Obama’s GOP rival, Mitt Romney, is painting the president as a weak accommodationist?

According to a senior advisor to Romney, the campaign is still formulating how to approach the new cuddle-up approach to Islamists. But the spectacle of an administration that is desperately trying to catch up to the fast-evolving new world of the Mideast fits into the Romney narrative of a president who “has been outmatched by events,” the adviser said. “Obama came to power with a view of the region that would make progress in the Arab world and get the Iranians back to the table. He would deal with the Israeli-Palestinian issue, and the key to that was dealing with settlements. Instead it’s been chaos.”

The president may have no choice but to preside over chaos at this point–a chaos that may not be the disaster that critics say and may in fact be the Arab world’s only path to modernity — but it won’t play well in the seven months between now and election day.

A MORTAL CLASH BETWEEN LIBERTY AND TYRANNY IN AMERICA JUNE 5, 2012

It is the recall election of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

What Are You Going to Do About It?

The Marx/Alinsky syndicate lead by Barak Obama (Organizing for America), MoveOn.org, and thug unions from across the country are pouring $60 million (some estimates are as high as $80 million) into the recall of Governor Scott Walker election in Wisconsin. They are acting with intimidation muscle as well as money because they know this is a turning point. If they lose this (they actually already have lost), we Americans will do the hard work of removing their thieving hands from our pockets across the nation permanently.

The syndicate knows the stakes in Wisconsin. They are acting—what are you doing? You can start by watching this video (where this day the syndicate included Illinois black churches). Please do it now. (One thug even shamelessly uses the story of David and Goliath to justify taking your money out of your pocket.)

“We are the 99%,” said one. That would be the mob. Looking out at the mob he said, “This is what democracy looks like.” He is right. Study the French Revolution. If democracy is the highest value, the mob is always what democracy looks like and there is always a syndicate behind the mob.

Here are three things you can do:

  1. Pray.
  2. Contribute to Governor Walker’s defense; Walker Campaign and the Campaign to Defeat Barak Obama Scott Walker defense.
  3. Contact other American patriots—ask for their help.

Thank you.

“A BETTER AMERICA BEGINS TONIGHT”

—declared Governor Mitt Romney after winning a sweep of the April 24, 2012 Republican presidential primaries.

Speaker Gingrich will be redirecting his campaign to maximize his and his supporters influence on the Republican Party and on the work ahead to restore America. I was honored to stand with him and expect he will be effective going forward as must we all.

I was also honored to stand with my friend, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann during her run. She is already effectively working to unite Republicans for the tough work ahead. She will be a bright conservative leading light in the United States House of Representatives in the coming Romney Administration.

Senator Santorum seems to be seeking a key appointment in a new Romney Administration. Governor Romney is probably not ready to begin staffing decisions.

Congressman Ron Paul is clearly going forward all the way through to the RNC with a goal of increasing the place of libertarians in the Republican Party. This is the best thing that could have happened with the libertatians.

I have been among those most opposed to the nomination of Governor Romney. I can imagine nothing Governor Romney could do more effective than his speech tonight to give encouragement to those like me. I thank him for it! But, rather than comment on it, let’s get to it. Watch it now:

Follow along, here is the text:

A Better America Begins Tonight

Thank you Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York! And tonight I can say thank you, America. After 43 primaries and caucuses, many long days and more than a few long nights, I can say with confidence – and gratitude – that you have given me a great honor and solemn responsibility. And, together, we will win on November 6th!

We launched this campaign not far from here on a beautiful June day. It has been an extraordinary journey.

Americans have always been eternal optimists. But over the last three and a half years, we have seen hopes and dreams diminished by false promises and weak leadership. Everywhere I go, Americans are tired of being tired, and many of those who are fortunate enough to have a job are working harder for less.

For every single mom who feels heartbroken when she has to explain to her kids that she needs to take a second job … for grandparents who can’t afford the gas to visit their grandchildren … for the mom and dad who never thought they’d be on food stamps … for the small business owner desperately cutting back just to keep the doors open one more month – to all of the thousands of good and decent Americans I’ve met who want nothing more than a better chance, a fighting chance, to all of you, I have a simple message: Hold on a little longer. A better America begins tonight.

Tonight is the start of a new campaign to unite every American who knows in their heart that we can do better! The last few years have been the best that Barack Obama can do, but it’s not the best America can do!

Tonight is the beginning of the end of the disappointments of the Obama years and the start of a new and better chapter that we will write together.

This has already been a long campaign, but many Americans are just now beginning to focus on the choice before the country. In the days ahead, I look forward to spending time with many of you personally. I want to hear what’s on your mind, hear about your concerns, and learn about your families. I want to know what you think we can do to make this country better…and what you expect from your next President.

And I’ll tell you a little bit about myself. I’ll probably start out talking about my wonderful wife Ann – I usually do – and I’ll probably bore you with stories about our kids and grandkids. I’ll tell you about how much I love this country, where someone like my dad, who grew up poor and never graduated from college, could pursue his dreams and work his way up to running a great car company. Only in America could a man like my dad become governor of the state in which he once sold paint from the trunk of his car.

I’d say that you might have heard that I was successful in business. And that rumor is true. But you might not have heard that I became successful by helping start a business that grew from 10 people to hundreds of people. You might not have heard that our business helped start other businesses, like Staples and Sports Authority and a new steel mill and a learning center called Bright Horizons. And I’d tell you that not every business made it and there were good days and bad days, but every day was a lesson. And after 25 years, I know how to lead us out of this stagnant Obama economy and into a job-creating recovery!

Four years ago Barack Obama dazzled us in front of Greek columns with sweeping promises of hope and change. But after we came down to earth, after the celebration and parades, what do we have to show for three and a half years of President Obama?

Is it easier to make ends meet? Is it easier to sell your home or buy a new one? Have you saved what you needed for retirement? Are you making more in your job? Do you have a better chance to get a better job? Do you pay less at the pump?

If the answer were “yes” to those questions, then President Obama would be running for re-election based on his achievements…and rightly so. But because he has failed, he will run a campaign of diversions, distractions, and distortions. That kind of campaign may have worked at another place and in a different time. But not here and not now. It’s still about the economy …and we’re not stupid.

People are hurting in America. And we know that something is wrong, terribly wrong with the direction of the country.

We know that this election is about the kind of America we will live in and the kind of America we will leave to future generations. When it comes to the character of America, President Obama and I have very different visions.

Government is at the center of his vision. It dispenses the benefits, borrows what it cannot take, and consumes a greater and greater share of the economy. With Obamacare fully installed, government will come to control half the economy, and we will have effectively ceased to be a free enterprise society.

This President is putting us on a path where our lives will be ruled by bureaucrats and boards, commissions and czars. He’s asking us to accept that Washington knows best – and can provide all.

We’ve already seen where this path leads. It erodes freedom. It deadens the entrepreneurial spirit. And it hurts the very people it’s supposed to help. Those who promise to spread the wealth around only ever succeed in spreading poverty. Other nations have chosen that path. It leads to chronic high unemployment, crushing debt, and stagnant wages.

I have a very different vision for America, and of our future. It is an America driven by freedom, where free people, pursuing happiness in their own unique ways, create free enterprises that employ more and more Americans. Because there are so many enterprises that are succeeding, the competition for hard-working, educated and skilled employees is intense, and so wages and salaries rise.

I see an America with a growing middle class, with rising standards of living. I see children even more successful than their parents – some successful even beyond their wildest dreams – and others congratulating them for their achievement, not attacking them for it.

This America is fundamentally fair. We will stop the unfairness of urban children being denied access to the good schools of their choice; we will stop the unfairness of politicians giving taxpayer money to their friends’ businesses; we will stop the unfairness of requiring union workers to contribute to politicians not of their choosing; we will stop the unfairness of government workers getting better pay and benefits than the taxpayers they serve; and we will stop the unfairness of one generation passing larger and larger debts on to the next.

In the America I see, character and choices matter. And education, hard work, and living within our means are valued and rewarded. And poverty will be defeated, not with a government check, but with respect and achievement that is taught by parents, learned in school, and practiced in the workplace.

This is the America that was won for us by the nation’s Founders, and earned for us by the Greatest Generation. It is the America that has produced the most innovative, most productive, and the most powerful economy in the world.

As I look around at the millions of Americans without work, the graduates who can’t get a job, the soldiers who return home to an unemployment line, it breaks my heart. This does not have to be. It is the result of failed leadership and of a faulty vision. We will restore the promise of America only if we restore the principles of freedom and opportunity that made America the greatest nation on earth.

Today, the hill before us is a little steep but we have always been a nation of big steppers. Many Americans have given up on this President but they haven’t ever thought about giving up. Not on themselves. Not on each other. And not on America.

In the days ahead, join me in the next step toward that destination of November 6th, when across America we can give a sigh of relief and know that the Promise of America has been kept. The dreamers can dream a little bigger, the help wanted signs can be dusted off, and we can start again.

And this time we’ll get it right. We’ll stop the days of apologizing for success at home and never again apologize for America abroad.

There was a time – not so long ago – when each of us could walk a little taller and stand a little straighter because we had a gift that no one else in the world shared. We were Americans. That meant something different to each of us but it meant something special to all of us. We knew it without question. And so did the world.

Those days are coming back. That’s our destiny.

We believe in America. We believe in ourselves. Our greatest days are still ahead. We are, after all, Americans!

God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.

“HOW NOW SHALL WE LIVE?” PERSONAL PRONOUN CHRISTIANITY

At a time when America desperately needs the Church (the structural church in America and the body of Christ) to be strong; weakness, decay and sacrilege abound! The American Roman Catholic church is on its way back because of a cleaning and building and strengthening at the Vatican that goes back more than 30 years. The Vatican just ordered the drainage of a particular putrid American Catholic swamp. But that story is for another post.

Today the cause is “Evangelical Personal Pronoun Christianity.” I am an Evangelical Protestant. Evangelicalism is the last of the branches of the American Christian River to sour (decay). There are no signs of a reversal (repentance) back to Biblical truth in American Evangelicalism. A high profile example is our old “Camelbacker,” Rick Warren. But let me get closer to home—my home church. First the good news, the truth is fearlessly preached and the Gospel effectively presented at New Hope Church. Hallelujah!

But, like many evangelical enterprises in America, there are a couple areas of destruction that have been allowed to enter here. One is contemporary music. “What!,” you say, “ How can you find fault with Contemporary Christian music?” Because it is actually self centered and in the most subtle way, self-aggrandizing. For example here’s one (I actually like musically), You Are Worthy of My Praise. Take a listen:

You have already noticed that, as we sing this “praise and worship” number, we have assumed for ourselves the capacity to pronounce God worthy. Isn’t that special? If you did not notice, it reminds us of an Obama speech. Actually, the personal pronouns fly out faster than even the narcissistic Barak Obama can manage. By my count in the above presentation, typical of one at New Hope Church, there are at least 76 (—76! for heaven sake!) first person pronouns. Here is our friend, Ann Barnhardt, with the last word:

“[T]he insipid narcissim of “Contemporary Christian / Praise and Worship” music. If this is what you pump into your spirit, I can see why this is a nation of braindead, self-absorbed cowards. “You are worthy of MY praise.” I’m sure God Almighty is very relieved to know that He is WORTHY of YOUR praise. Considering that He is perfect Goodness, Beauty, Truth and Love, and you are a miserable tick of a sinner, I’m glad to know the He is WORTHY of YOUR praise. Puke. There are more first person pronouns in this pablum than in an Obama speech, and that’s saying something. Hurl.

“HOW NOW SHALL WE LIVE?”

It has been five days since I wrote, “Read the Emancipation of Robert Sadler. It will make you a life changing force.” Saturday a life changing force—a life of service to God’s Kingdom and his people—ended on this earth. Charles Colson died at age 80. I committed my life to Christ late in life—1993. My life is one of thousands—likely millions—shaped by Colson’s work. Three of Colson’s books, written in that period, were enormously useful in my growth. I am not alone. Many of you surely have found (or will find) How Now Shall We Live (1998) to be irreplaceable.

Fortunately, although Colson is gone from here, there are so many now acting and preparing to act (through the guidance of the Spirit of God) to restore the American culture and touch people for Christ. Some are in organizations Colson founded and guided: Break Point, Prison Fellowship and The Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview. Here is a Eulogy posted hours after Colson’s passing Saturday afternoon.

Remembering Chuck Colson

Chuck’s life is a testimony to God’s power to forgive, redeem, and transform.

LANSDOWNE, Va., April 21, 2012— Evangelical Christianity lost one of its most eloquent and influential voices today with the death of Charles W. “Chuck” Colson. The Prison Fellowship and Colson Center for Christian Worldview founder died at 3:12 p.m. on Saturday from complications resulting from a brain hemorrhage. Colson was 80.

A Watergate figure who emerged from the country’s worst political scandal, a vocal Christian leader and a champion for prison ministry, Colson spent the last years of his life in the dual role of leading Prison Fellowship, the world’s largest outreach to prisoners, ex-prisoners and their families, and the Colson Center, a teaching and training center focused on Christian worldview thought and application.

Colson was speaking at a Colson Center conference when he was overcome by dizziness. Quickly surrounded by friends and staff, Colson was sent to the Fairfax Inova Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. On March 31, he underwent two hours of surgery to remove a pool of clotted blood on the surface of his brain. At times, Chuck showed encouraging indicators of a possible recovery, but his health took a decided turn, and he went to be with the Lord. His wife, Patty, and the family were with him in the last moments before he entered eternity.

Revered by his friends and supporters, Colson won the respect of those who disagreed with his religious and political views thanks to his tireless work on behalf of prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families. Colson maintained that the greatest joy in life for him was to see those “living monuments” to God’s grace: Prisoners transformed by the love of Jesus Christ. And thanks to the work of Colson and Prison Fellowship volunteers across the country, there are thousands of those living monuments among us today.

The Colson family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Charles Colson Legacy Fund. Condolence cards may be sent to Prison Fellowship Ministries, 44180 Riverside Parkway, Lansdowne, VA 20176.

YOU MUST READ “THE EMANCIPATION OF ROBERT SADLER”

Robert Sadler’s powerful memoir is written by Marie Chapian.

Do not tarry! Get a copy the fastest way available. Read it immediately. It is not so much that it will change you; it will. It is because you will become a life changing force!

This is a true story of a five year old boy sold into slavery by his father in 1917. Yes, slavery and, yes, 1917—52 years after the adoption of the 13th amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Oh, right. I didn’t I mention this was in the United States of America. This is a gripping, compelling story of a boy suffering the cruel indignities of being a slave suffered in lonliness without parents. It is also a story of the amazing transformation into a functioning, productive and responsible citizen. But what will impact your heart and life, is the powerful story of his coming into a relationship with Jesus Christ and his service to Christ.

You might say, “I am not a Christian.” It doesn’t matter. Get the book. Read the book. Benefit from the book. Or, you might say, “Well, I already belong to Christ.” Marvelous! Get the book. Read the book. Get focused and get busy for the Lord.

THE WAYS OF LIFE AND DEATH IN AMERICA

As we rush towards the November 6, 2012 election, America is truly a “House Divided.” Economically we have the Republican free enterprise “makers” and the Democrat Socialist “takers.” Race has been made a major wedge issue between Republicans who work for the “human race” and Democrats who are determined to use this “wedge issue” to split our country by race. Here’s a snapshot of an electorate divided on life and death.

A Republican image—Life

A Democrat image—death

Silverman’s images and tweet were a hoax cooked up to promote divisive and fraudulent words like “personal autonomy” and “war on women.” The Democrats know the real stakes are who is in the Oval Office the next four years to appoint the next two or three Supreme Court Justices. Frontrunner Romney has signed the Susan B. Anthony List pledge on judicial appointments and is now as committed as the last conservative standing, Newt Gingrich to life supporting court appointments. I strongly doubt the Democrat gambit will work. But, let’s work and pray these next 6½ months for the future of life in America.

“BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HAVE NOT SEEN AND YET HAVE BELEIVED”

Some of us have actually had a direct encounter with Jesus Christ, the Living God. Millions, perhaps billions “have not seen and yet have believed.” Here is the famous story of the Apostle Thomas who would not believe until he had seen as revealed by St. John, Chapter 20, verses 18-31 (21st Century King James version):

18Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that He had spoken these things unto her.

19Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in their midst and said unto them, “Peace be unto you.”

20And when He had so said, He showed unto them His hands and His side. Then were the disciples glad when they saw the Lord. 21Then said Jesus to them again, “Peace be unto you. As My Father hath sent Me, even so send I you.”

22And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said unto them, “Receive ye the Holy Ghost. 23Whosoever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whosoever sins ye retain, they are retained.”

24But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. 25The other disciples therefore said unto him, “We have seen the Lord.” But he said unto them, “Unless I shall see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

26And after eight days the disciples were again within, and Thomas was with them. Then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in their midst and said, “Peace be unto you.

27Then said He to Thomas, “Reach hither thy finger and behold My hands, and reach hither thy hand and thrust it into My side: and be not faithless, but believing.”

28And Thomas answered and said unto Him, “My Lord and my God!”

29Jesus said unto him, “Thomas, because thou hast seen Me, thou hast believed. Blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed.

30And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book. 31But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing, ye might have life through His name.

What about you? You can believe today, receive the Holy Spirit and be blessed for eternity while living a life to bless others. If you make that decision, tell someone today!

TRAYVON MARTIN’S TRAGIC DEATH REVEALS A CYNICAL SYNDICATE GRABBING FOR MONEY AND POWER

Is the Martin death about justice? No, the syndicate doesn’t care!

Is the Martin death about truth? No, the syndicate doesn’t care!

Is the Martin death about freedom? No, the syndicate doesn’t want freedom for Trayvon or Zimmerman or you!

Is the Martin death about closure and peace for Trayvon Martin’s grieving mother, father and family? No, the syndicate doesn’t care about them—cast them aside.

Is the Martin death about improved race relations? No, the syndicate needs a “race war” to fundamentally transform America into a socialist state with them in power and in charge of the money.

Dr. Boyce Watkins, A Syracuse University professor, seems to be (at least one of) the thinker for the syndicate talkers and protection racketeers like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton He is among those who lay down a “field of fire” on leftwing television shows for the NAACP, AG Holder and President Obama. When people like Boyce Watkins say it, Obama doesn’t have to. What did Boyce do Thursday? He just told Sharpton, concerning Martin’s mother, “Get her off the stage right now.” As reported at Breitbart:

Dr. Watkins referred to the recent Today Show appearance by Trayvon Martin’s mother where she said:

One of the things that I still believe in, a person should apologize when they are actually remorseful for what they’ve done. I believe it was an accident. I believe that it just got out of control and he couldn’t turn the clock back. I would ask him, did he know that that was a minor, that that was a teenager, and that he did not have a weapon?”

Dr. Watkin’s reaction is pretty stunning:

When I heard these words, I froze in my tracks. I couldn’t believe that Trayvon’s mother would make a statement that was in such stark contradiction to the charges being brought forth by the prosecutor. In fact, there’s a big part of me that wonders why she was on the show at all.

You see this was all planned more than a year ago. Oh, not Trayvon Martin or his parents and not George Zimmerman. The planning didn’t need that. They knew there would be a young black man shot in the late winter-early spring by a white somewhere. Thousands of young black men are killed each year in America. The Obama planners knew that, while 80% are killed by other blacks, plenty are killed by whites—or in the Zimmerman case “white-Hispanics.” They knew one of these would work. I am not alone in this insight. Andrew Breitbart predicted it February 10, 2012 at CPAC.

None of them are concerned about the tragic loss of several young black men every day. Did you notice the first of the syndicate to even bring up the tragic death of Martin was Sharpton March 12—more than two weeks after it happened? They haven’t told you about a gunning nearly three weeks ago in the Chicago Congressional District of Democrat U.S. Representative and former Black Panther Party member, Bobby Rush. (Rush may be the most prominent member of Congress to call for justice for the “gunning down of a young black man” Martin.) Here is the Chicago killlng:

13 shot, 2 dead in Chicago in six hours Thursday night

The worst shooting occurred around 6 p.m. Thursday when two men in hooded sweatshirts opened fire inside a convenience store in the 1400 block of West 79th Street in the Gresham neighborhood, police said.

One man was killed and five others were wounded. The victims ranged in age from 16 to 24. The gunmen fled in an SUV and police continued searching for them this morning.

Let me start by saying if Obama had a son, he would look like those 16 to 24 year old victims. The grieving mothers did not hear from their President. There is no sign Attorney General Holder is intimidating local authorities in Bobbie Rush’s district. No speech from “hoodie” wearing Bobbie Rush in this tragedy right in his own district. Those grieving mothers didn’t matter to him. No TV intimidation by Jackson or Sharpton in these deaths. And, lest we forget, there is no New Black Panthers bounty for the “hoodie” wearing gunmen dead or alive. The syndicate has their case to drive a race wedge deep into America. To hell with Dr. Kings new day. This syndicate doesn’t care if his children are judged by the content of their character for generations to come. This is about money and power.
