We reported several times on the Obamacare disaster over the last four months and devoted a post, “REAL DEATH PANELS,” March 23RD specifically to the known dangers of the Independent Payment Advisory Board. “We have to Pass (the PPACA) to find out what’s in it,” Nancy Pelosi just 14 months ago. The Devil was and is in the details. It is just very difficult to locate the actual tyrannical mechanism in the maze the old misleader constructed.
“This one is the real baby right here.” Declared Congressman Phil Roe (R, TN) referring to the Palin declaration that Obamacare had a death Panel. Well it turned out to be a whole lot more and a whole lot worse than that. Health care supply expert, David Racer seeing an almost unstoppable and unlimited power grab, called the IPAB a financial stranglehold:
The IPAB will execute a financial stranglehold on how, how much, when, and what for doctors, hospitals, and health care providers are paid. Never mind the individual medical needs. Never mind the financial aspects of providing medical services. The 15 Czars in the new command-and-control health care system will decide what is good for us, and how much professionals should be paid to favor us with it.

To describe this board as a “death panel,” as Rush Limbaugh has, is to underestimate its power and misconstrue its purpose. While it is true that IPAB will decide which life-saving treatments and drugs Medicare and Medicaid recipients may access, its ultimate function will be to serve as a lever with which to pry the entire health care industry from private hands.

So I finished the job; Googled “Christians burn mosque.” NOTHING GOOGLE CANNOT FIND ONE REPORT WORLDWIDE OF CHRISTIANS BURNING A MOSQUE. If you can’t find time to read a Robert Spencer book on Islam, memorizr this paragraph.
According to Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Elaraby, the border between Egypt and Gaza will be opened permanently within seven to ten days. Elaraby characterized the Mubarak regime’s previous cooperation with Israel as “shameful,” adding that Cairo wants to “relieve the Palestinians of their daily suffering.” Egypt’s Chief of Staff of armed forces, Sami Anan, went further. ”Israel does not have the right to interfere in Egypt’s decision to open the Rafah border. This is an Egyptian-Palestinian issue,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

I have been writing about EGYPT’S OWN AYATOLLAH RUHOLLAH KHOMEINI since this past February 21st. I was able to declare Egypt a Muslim Brotherhood Islamist state in the making. This was just after I predicted January 30th that Egypt was headed towards Islamist Shariah, not freedom. Qaradawi arrived in Egypt Thursday, February 17th, six days after Obama drove Mubarak from power and the day before a huge “freedom” celebration was scheduled along with Friday prayers for February 18th. Qaradawi was there to take over and did the speaking to an estimated 2 million “freedom” celebrants. That day, Qaradawi was “The Man” and Israel was put on notice. I conservatively and mistakenly called Qaradawi one of the 500 most influential Muslim in the world. He actually ranks fifth. The Daily Mail of London ran a story of a presentation actor Jim Caviezel recently at the First Baptist Church of Orlando. “Playing Jesus wrecked my career,” Caviezel declared. We are fighting a civil war in America for our culture and our founding principles. This story is an important confirmation of more than cultural degradation in America, it confirms the rage in the popular culture against Jesus Christ Himself. Actor Jim Caviezel has claimed his Hollywood career was wrecked by playing Jesus.
He said he was ‘rejected in my own industry’ after taking on the lead role in Mel Gibson’s controversial movie ‘The Passion of the Christ’.
Since playing the son of God in the 2004 film he said offers had dried up and he is shunned by many within the industry.
Although a box office hit taking more than $400 million worldwide it was condemned as being anti-Semitic.
Gibson, the film’s director, was later accused of making anti-Jewish remarks after being arrested for drink [sic] driving.
Caviezel said he was warned against taking the part by Gibson who warned him he would never work in Hollywood again.
‘He said, “You’ll never work in this town again.” I told him, “We all have to embrace our crosses”.’ Caviezel told an audience of churchgoers in Orlando, Florida.
Since Passion of the Christ, the 42-year-old has only appeared in a handful of films.
Prior to playing Jesus he was considered one of Hollywood rising stars and appeared in The Count of Monte Cristo’ and Angel Eyes with Jennifer Lopez.
One of his biggest hits was in 2000 with time-travel thriller Frequency opposite Dennis Quaid.
Caviezel, a devout Roman Catholic, said he knew playing Jesus would be risky.
‘Jesus is as controversial now as he has ever been,’ Caviezel said. ‘Not much has changed in 2,000 years.’
He said he wasn’t worried about the stalling of his career.
During his 20 minute talk, Caviezel spoke of the troubles that have dogged Gibson.
‘Mel Gibson, he’s a horrible sinner, isn’t he?’ Caviezel said. ‘Mel Gibson doesn’t need your judgment, he needs your prayers.’
Caviezel said that his faith is his guide, both personally and professionally.
He said it was no coincidence that ‘in my 33rd year, I was called to play Jesus,’ and joked about his initials also being the same as Jesus Christ.
The actor spoke about the film and its negative effect on his career while at [the First Baptist Church] in Orlando to promote a new audio book of the Bible.
Pointing to a DVD of his famous film, Caviezel said ‘This is The Passion of the Christ.’
Pointing to the CD boxed set of the new audio book of the Bible, Words of Promise, he said: ‘This is The Passion on Steroids.’

In Pakistan, according to the AP, a 26 year old “moderate” assassinated a Pakistani governor. 170 “moderate” lawyers showered him with rose petals as he entered court. Across the country “moderate” Muslims (including “moderate” scholars) cheered Mumtaz Qadri, the assassin.
The Associated Press fretted, “Pakistan’s founding father, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, helped establish the country in 1947 as a moderate Islamic state welcoming all minority groups and religions. But that foundation has slowly been eroded over the years . . .” My only direct experience with the “moderate welcoming” Pakistan was in the 1980’s I had a business deal coming together to ship high producing dairy cattle to Pakistan. I called Northwest Airlines and asked for a price on cattle fitted cargo charters to Pakistan. The immediate reply was, “Your first cost will be three U.S. fighter escorts.” (Yes, the project was dead. Those “moderate” Pakistani Muslims still have low production cows.)

PARIS/LONDON: Europe’s Muslims expressed anger or disbelief on Friday over the killing of Osama Bin Laden but praise for the late Al-Qaeda chief was in short supply.
Ahead of Friday prayers at a mosque in northern Paris, many worshippers greeted questions about his death with raised eyebrows, describing it as a vast public relations operation to ensure the re-election of US President Barack Obama.
“This whole story is a myth,” one middle-aged Muslim man who declined to be named said, pausing as he walked into the Al-Fath mosque.
“They invented it to distract Americans from real problems over there, like the economy and gas prices.”
A man who gave his name as Mohammed demanded to see photographic evidence. Asked how he might react to graphic photos of a dead Bin Laden, shot in the head in the 40-minute raid, he said: “Well, I’ll know when I see them.”
As worshippers laid out prayer mats and shared banter, another man, in his twenties, described accounts of the raid by US forces that killed Bin Laden last Sunday as “a classic Western film — call it ‘Revenge for September 11’.”
“Americans are creating problems all over the world,” he added. “Why can’t they just leave Muslims alone?“
Few had praise for the mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, which killed more than 3,000 people. But many disapproved of how his remains were handled. US officials said they performed religious rites before burying his body at sea. “It’s true that he killed hundreds of people, that he was behind massacres…but the way they got rid of the body, throwing it into the sea, I didn’t like that one bit,” said Abdellah, 30, a consultant at BNP Paribas bank in Paris.
Moussa Niambele, imam of the al Fath mosque, avoided the question, saying: “It is not our position to comment on this.”
In London, about 100 members of the radical group, Muslims Against Crusades (MAC), staged a protest and “funeral prayers” in honor of Osama Bin Laden outside the US Embassy.
The group shouted slogans such as “Freedom burn in hell” and “USA will pay” while waving banners stating “Jihad against crusaders” and “Sharia law for UK.”
Anjem Choudary, one of the leading MAC figures, said they were protesting against “injustices” committed by the United States: “The latest injustice is the assassination of an old man in his home in front of his family, Sheikh Osama Bin Laden.”
“We are here today as well to pray for him and also to say that we demand the body back of Sheikh Osama because we don’t believe what they say in their speech. Because Obama is a liar. He’s an assassinator, like his predecessor,” he added.
He warned of future revenge attacks by militants.
“I believe Al-Qaeda will take revenge. The next operation I believe will be called ‘Operation Bin Laden’ and will match the magnitude and character of the past.
“The philosophy of Al-Qaeda is to take the war to the enemy on their own homeland, so it will be in the West.”
The MAC protesters were confronted by about 50 members of the right-wing organization, the English Defense League (EDL), with police having to keep the two chanting groups apart, amid minor scuffles.
Officers confiscated an effigy of Bin Laden being waved by the EDL supporters but police said they had no immediate reports of any arrests at the ongoing demonstration.
In Germany, Muslim Anis Abdullah said after Friday prayers at the Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Mosque in Berlin: “We don’t want anything to do with such people — what they do is totally wrong. Islam forbids the way of Bin Laden.”
But in Frankfurt, a German radical was planning to hold a memorial for Bin Laden on Saturday after a court on Friday overturned a ban on the rally by local city officials. The court warned him, however, not to mention Bin Laden’s name.
A judge in Hamburg filed a criminal complaint against Chancellor Angela Merkel on Friday for “endorsing a criminal act” because at a news conference in Berlin on Tuesday she has said: “I’m glad that killing Bin Laden was successful.”
The labor court judge, Heinz Uthmann, told Reuters that he believed Merkel’s comments violate German law. He said, however, he expected his complaint to end up in the rubbish bin.
Meanwhile the not moderate Taliban says bin Laden’s deathwill encourage war.

Like Racist, Hater and Extremist, Chicken-hawk Is a Smear Used by Leftists With No Ideas and No Winning Arguments.
For those on the traditional right, a little background; the term chicken-hawk was not created as a political smear. Like the term “tea-bagger,” it was appropriated from the “urban” culture.
Urban Dictionary:
Chicken-hawk: A Gay term for an older man that constantly chases after younger men typically in their 20’s.
The left used the term “chicken-hawk” to smear the members of Bush team as America responded vigorously against attacks from our Islamist enemies. President Bush and members of his team who had not actually served in combat themselves qualified for the smear. President Bush, Vice President Cheney and many members of the Bush team were called “chicken-hawks” by hundreds of leftists.
The more well known leftists that called President Bush a chicken-hawk include Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, Michael Moore, Al Franken, Paul Hackett, Jesse Ventura, Jim Webb and Ed Schultz.
Since Sunday, who called President Obama, who never served at all; who had no contact with members of our military, a chicken-hawk?
Al FRANKIN? NO Chris matthews? NO Ed Schultz? NO Keith Olbermann? NO!
Jim Web? NO! Michael Moore? NO! Paul Hackett? NO! Jesse Ventura? NO!
Well what do you know? None of them has raised and used the term “chicken-hawk” for President Obama; not when he sent tens of thousands of our armed forces to Afghanistan; not when he drug us stupidly into Libya; not when SEAL Team 6 made us proud Sunday. Not one time! You can google, “Obama is a chicken-hawk.” You’ll get zero, nada, nothing.
Principles? They have none. Character? I wouldn’t get into a foxhole with any of them. Not the ones “honored’ here with their pictures. None of the rest, not a single one!

When SEAL Team 6 Handed Off to President Obama, We Lost Clarity and Focus
What did happen when American Special Ops burst in on Osama Bin laden? We’ve gotten a several versions of events from the Regime for four days. Pamela Geller called the bin Laden quarters AbbottandCostellobad. She should have saved the term for the Obama Regime—AbbottandCostelloRegime.
Thursday afternoon Fox News was more than “Fair and Balanced.” Fox was “the media outlet.” They got the facts:
Sources involved in the operation that took down Usama bin Laden told Fox News the terrorist leader acted “scared” and “completely confused” in his final moments, “shoving his wife” at the Navy SEAL who ultimately shot him.
The information helps clarify the conflicting details about what exactly happened toward the end of the 40-minute raid on bin Laden’s northern Pakistan compound. Sources who were part of the mission said bin Laden acted in a “cowardly manner” when confronted. Fox News has also learned that while bin Laden was unarmed, he was standing near the door within reach of two weapons — an AK-47 and a Makarov handgun that are now in U.S. custody. The handgun is a 9mm semi-automatic Russian pistol, standard issue in the Russian military until 1991.
A senior U.S. official also told Fox News that only one of the five people killed in the raid was carrying a weapon and firing. The detail seemed at first to diverge from White House accounts claiming the Navy SEALs encountered resistance throughout the raid and were engaged in a firefight during much of the 40-minute operation. However, the scene was described as chaotic, with U.S. forces encountering barricades and women in the compound screaming and attacking the men.
Another U.S. official said there were “at least a half-dozen weapons” found at the compound. The first person the SEALs encountered at the guest house “immediately opened fire” before being killed, the official said. As the SEALs moved through the compound, bin Laden’s son Khaled rushed down from the third floor to the second floor and confronted the SEALs, who killed him.
The U.S. team, in their training, had anticipated that bin Laden had a suicide vest and that the house was rigged. The official bristled at the notion that the compound was somehow an easy target with reports that only one person was armed.
“He was the one guy shot who had a gun in his hand and was firing when he was shot—other weapons were at the scene,” the official said. “When the SEALs reached the third floor, after resistance and physical barricades, Usama bin Laden did not immediately surrender. When someone like UBL who has said he wants to kill as many Americans as possible, doesn’t 150 percent surrender, you have to assess as a threat.”
Another source familiar with the operation said the first shot fired at bin Laden, when he poked his head out of his bedroom, missed. That detail was first revealed by Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., based on information he got during a classified briefing to members of Congress. Afterward, two different SEALs fired on bin Laden, one hitting his chest and one hitting his forehead.
President Obama, after spending the day in New York City to mark bin Laden’s death and meet with the families of Sept. 11 victims, plans to meet Friday with “some” if not all of the SEAL team members who carried out the daring raid. A senior U.S. defense official told Fox News he will meet with members of the team at Fort Campbell, Ky., along with those who flew them to the scene in helicopters.

Background
The First International Conference on Climate Change (ICCC-1) took place in March 2008 in New York City. One hundred speakers and panelists came from 26 countries to prove that leading scientists and economists from around the world dispute the claim that global warming is a crisis. More than 500 people attended the conference, which generated global press attention.
The next conference, ICCC-2, took place in March 2009 once again in New York City. This time the theme was “Global Warming: Was It Ever Really a Crisis?” Once again speakers and guests came from around the world and the audience grew to more than 700 people. The conference demonstrated that the number of global warming “realists” is growing rapidly, and the scientific community is turning against alarmism.
The Third International Conference on Climate Change (ICCC-3) took place in June 2009 in Washington, DC. This scaled-down one-day version of the conference, just three months after the second conference, attracted a standing-room-only audience and featured presentations by leading scientists as well as three members of Congress. It took our key message — that global warming is not a crisis — directly to the nation’s capital and elected officials.
The Fourth International Conference on Climate Change (ICCC-4) took place in May 2010 in Chicago, Illinois, addressing the theme “Reconsidering the Science and Economics.” The speakers and audience considered how new scientific discoveries have cast doubt on how much of the warming of the twentieth century was natural and how much was man-made, and governments around the world are beginning to confront the astronomical cost of reducing emissions. Economists, meanwhile, are calculating that the cost of slowing or stopping global warming exceeds the social benefits.
Later that year, on Friday, October 1, 2010, we held the Fifth International Conference on Climate Change (ICCC-5) in Sydney, Australia. The day-long event was part of the Pacific Rim Policy Exchange, sponsored by Heartland, Americans for Tax Reform, the Property Rights Alliance, and the Institute of Public Affairs.

The purpose of Heartland’s International Conferences on Climate Change is to build momentum and public awareness of the global warming “realism” movement, a network of scientists, economists, policymakers, and concerned citizens who believe sound science and economics, rather than exaggeration and hype, ought to determine what actions, if any, are taken to address the problem of climate change.
The Heartland Institute, an independent nonprofit organization, is once again the host of the event. They do not all agree on the causes, extent, or consequences of climate change, or what should be done. The ICCCs are genuine scientific conferences in the sense that scientists and other experts are invited to share their latest research and engage in respectful debate with others.

But First, a Sample:Pakistan
Pakistani defense analysts expected a huge backlash in the country over the incident.

Marvi Memon, a member of the National Assembly, criticized the Pakistani government, said, “Where is our President? Where is our Prime Minister? Where is our sovereignty? Why was an operation authorized on our soil without taking the parliament into confidence? President Obama is the President of America, not Pakistan. Where is our President? Why didn’t he address the nation? Our men, women and children have been killed in the so-called war against terror.”
Iran (Washington Times): Mr. Mehmanparast, “Iran, as one of the main victims of terrorism, strongly condemns any act of terror in the world including organized terrorism in the Zionist regime [of Israel].”
One Iranian lawmaker, Javad Jahangirzadeh, said the United States killed bin Laden
“to prevent possible leakage of the priceless intelligence that he had.”
“How could a terrorist hide himself from intelligence sources … and intelligence services cooperating with the West?” the Iranian lawmaker asked.
“Naturally the West was satisfied with bin Laden’s performance over the past years, and today — as they believed their project had been completed and so to prevent the leaking of valuable information — they were forced to kill him,” he said.
Palestine: Palestinian Hamas Prime Minister, Ismail Haniya, said: “We condemn the assassination of a Muslim and Arab warrior and we pray to God that his soul rests in peace. We regard this as the continuation of the American oppression and shedding of blood of Muslims and Arabs.”
Egypt: The Guardian described the Muslim reaction: From Cairo to Baghdad, Arab world’s reaction to news of the death of Osama bin Laden was mixture of surprise and suspicion. Egypt’s influential Muslim Brotherhood condemned the “assassination of Osama bin Laden.”
There is really no tactical change. Three reasons:
First, two Al Qaeda leaders had likely eclipsed bin Laden. Ayman al-Zawahiri who had long before become number two and, with bin laden isolated, was already the functional Al Qaeda leader. American born Anwar al-Awlaki is arguably the international charismatic Al Qaeda and jihad figure of the future.
Second, Al Qaeda has become very decentralized and has leaders around the world, including inside the United States, who operate with almost total autonomy.
Third, Al Qaeda is only a small part of the international Islamic Jihad growing in mosques around the world.
Still it was a very good week-end for President Obama.
