It is seven weeks since al Qaida-linked elements attacked and destroyed the American diplomatic and intelligence compounds in Benghazi. It has been the very same seven weeks since the President, the Secretary of Defense, a couple generals and the CIA watched it all in real time; stood by and let it happen without allowing a single response. (The State Department stood by but is not in that chain of command.)

Most people know that we’ve been lied to about the attacks in Benghazi, but few realize the extent of those lies or the hidden secrets they cover. After all, the lie is different at every level. Thanks to a well placed source with extensive knowledge about the attack, the disturbing truth is slowly beginning to emerge and is lining up with information contained in my previous articles published here weeks ago (Here, Here and Here). The truth reveals the most serious situation in the world today as it involves the interests and destinies of us all.
A mosaic of lies
According to the U.S. government, Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed during a spontaneous protest at the consulate office in Benghazi by a frenzied crowd of Muslims outraged over an obscure internet video. Recently released “sensitive but not classified e-mails” from Stevens to the U.S. Department of State painted a picture of poor security for U.S. personnel and the embassy, which was obviously true but had little to do with the events of September 11, 2012. The failure to dispatch an extraction team or otherwise rescue the men during a firefight that lasted upwards of nine grueling and tortuous hours was not the result of any intelligence failure, but caused by our unwillingness to widen the conflict and expose the nature and scale of our true mission in Benghazi.
Based on information provided by my source and corroborated elsewhere, the official account by administration officials is a mosaic of lies that were necessary to cover the unpalatable truth of covert actions taking place in Libya, Syria, Turkey, Jordan and Lebanon. The primary objective of our covert actions was to secretly arm anti-Assad “rebels” in Syria by funneling arms from Libya to Syria via Turkey, with other destinations that included Jordan and Lebanon. Regarding the threat to Stevens and the other murdered Americans, the truth will reformat the persistent question posed to government officials, from UN Ambassador Susan Rice to White House Spokesman Jay Carney and others from “how could you not have known” to “how could you have done these things?”
First, it is important to understand that Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Dougherty and Tyrone Woods were not killed at a consulate office in Benghazi—as there is not such office there. They died at one of the largest CIA operations centers in the Middle East, which was located in Benghazi and served as the logistics headquarters for arms and weapons being shipped out of the post-Qaddafi Libya.
Although the U.S. government insisted that Stevens was involved in securing and destroying the numerous caches of arms and weapons once under the control of Qaddafi, the operation was more complex than that. The visual accounts of weapons being destroyed were indeed real, but those weapons were not operational. The working weapons were actually separated and transported to holding facilities for their eventual use in Syria. Russia was fully aware of this operation and warned the U.S. not to engage in the destabilization of Syria, as doing so would endanger their national security interests. Deposing Assad, as despotic as he might be, and replacing him with a Muslim Brotherhood-led regime would likely lead to unrestrained Islamic chaos across the region.
The Turkish warning
According to my source, Ambassador Stevens was in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 to meet with his Turkish counterpart, who reportedly warned Stevens that the operation was compromised. They met in person so that Stevens could be shown overhead satellite images, taken by the Russians, of nefarious activities taking place in Turkey. But just what were these nefarious activities?
It is reasonable to suspect that these activities were more dire than just your average “gun running” operation. Since the overthrow of Qaddafi, it is estimated that upwards of 40 million tons of weapons and arms were shipped out of Libya to Syria. But it was also known inside intelligence circles that Qaddafi possessed chemical weapons in addition to numerous surface-to-air missiles. Could it be that Russia obtained unmistakable surveillance footage of the anti-Assad “rebels” being shown how to load chemical payloads onto missiles inside Turkey near the border of Syria? Weapons, of course, that were shipped from Libya by the CIA in conjunction with various Muslim Brotherhood rebel groups. If so, such weapons could be used as a “false flag” type of operation—one that would be implemented to “set-up” Assad by making it appear that he was using these weapons on forces dedicated to his overthrow.
The blowback by the international community would be swift and punishing, and the entirety of the civilized world would be demanding his overthrow. NATO would then be used to expedite his ouster, and Russia’s moral position within the international community would be weakened. Was the meeting held to show Stevens that the operation was compromised and that they had to stop?
A Nation/State sponsored attack?
While the administration asserts that the attack in Benghazi was conducted by a group of rebels acting alone, the facts seem to indicate otherwise. The level of coordination was such that we did not deploy military assets, located just an hour or two away by air, to rescue Stevens and the others at the CIA operations center in their time of need. If, as the administration contends, that the attack was perpetuated by a group of frenzied rebels, our military could have easily handled them in short order. So why was there no rescue operation?
Perhaps the statements made yesterday by Leon Panetta, U.S. Secretary of Defense provides some insight if one analyzes the essence of those statements. Among other things, Panetta said that “…the basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on…” Well, it has been confirmed we did know what was taking place on the ground in Benghazi, so exactly what did Panetta mean by this statement?
Against the backdrop of the official story, it makes little sense. If, however, one considers the alternative, that the attack was coordinated and was a nation/state sponsored attack, then it becomes clearer. Panetta and the highest levels of this administration likely knew exactly what we were doing, and knew that the operation was compromised. They knew, or had reason to believe, that the attack was being conducted at a nation/state level in response to our covert operation in Libya and arming the anti-Assad Syrian opposition.
Although Russia figures prominently here, Iran now comes into focus as Russia is not likely to directly engage U.S. forces. They must, however, protect their interests. Much like we were using anti-Assad forces to advance our objectives in Syria, Russia was using Iranian-backed forces to protect theirs. It appears that the attacks were conducted or facilitated by Iranian assets—perhaps as many as three teams of assets in Benghazi.
As the White House and other agencies monitored intelligence in real-time, they faced a dilemma. They knew that the nation/state sponsored attack teams were lying in wait for U.S. rescue forces to arrive, which is the reason the fight did not conclusively end sooner. They did not know exactly where all of the attack teams were, but knew they were present based on signal communication intercepts. Could they risk such exposure by deploying a rescue team to Benghazi, only to end up with another Black Hawk down type scenario? In addition to that scenario, the entire operation now becomes exposed for what it is. Take another look at Panetta’s statement in that context. Does it now make more sense? Bad PR in an election year, no?
As daylight approached with no response from the U.S. and no aid to the Americans under fire, the attack teams had to disperse into the cover of the remaining darkness, but not before their mission was accomplished. And sadly, it was.
Fallout
From the day of attack in Benghazi, Iran has been engaged in a full spectrum attack on the U.S. and NATO across the board involving embassies, bombing and even cyber attacks. All of this is the fallout from the arms and weapons smuggling operation, which was far greater than understood by the Western media.
Russia has now moved their contingent of S-400 missiles into much of Syria in anticipation of NATO establishing an “air cap” over Syria. A ten-mile “buffer zone” along Syria’s border has been created for Syrian refugees, but it also acts as a catalyst for the encroachment into Syrian territory. It sets the stage for further advancement and erosion of Syrian land, incrementally, of course.
To those with discernment, it is obvious that we are at the precipice of World War III. Putin himself stated as much, noting that WW III will not start in Iran but Syria, his own “red line in the sand.”
There is one real reporter on the Benghazi tragedy, scandal
and cover-up, Fox News’ Jennifer Griffin. She brought in an explosive “Fox News Alert” 11:00 AM Friday that help was requested three times and denied three times that Benghazi night—September 11, 2012. Here is that report:
That was plenty of heat to get immediate reaction. General Petraeus declared himself and his agency (CIA) innocent in a way to not deny the Griffin report and seeming to implicate the President. The President reacted in the same self incriminating way he has for more than 6 weeks. Defense Secretary Panetta held a news conference, took responsibility for the decision to let them die and declared it the only responsible choice. Chip Woods, Father of slain former Navy Seal, relayed his experience with the Obama team with passion and clarity.
“Sources as good as they get!”
Fox updated the story to stay with this fast moving picture. Griffin appeared on Special Report with Brett Baier and on the Fox Report the next hour with Shepherd Smith. Both questioned her confidence level in her sources. Griffin answered (to Baier) the sources—on the ground—are, “As good as they get.” Here is the complete segment from Special Report:
Things are moving very quickly. Many members of the Obama team will demonstrate no more character than President Obama himself. Today is Day 11. Pray for America. Each voter will face their own character test on Day 1, November 6, 2012.

Al Qaida connected Libyan militias: Support—“The enemy of my enemy is my friend.”
Stevens: The point man, the official link to arming Islamist opposition groups.
Abdel Hakim Belhadj: Libyan Islamist resistance commander. Stevens funneled the arms to Jihadist radicals through him.
Belhadj met a Free Syrian Army contact in Turkey:
Multiple shipments of U.S. weapons from Benghazi to Syria (one deal was over 400 tons).
Muslim Brotherhood: Coordinated all players.
Benghazi got media attention Wednesday—even the New York times. MSNBC, of course, focused on what they see as the primary issue of our time—abortion. Most, including Rush, focused on an email the Administration received two hours after the attack commenced.
None have connected the Benghazi cover-up to Obama Administration Gun Running. Greta was embarrassing in an interview with Former Secretary of State Rice. The New York Times, to their credit, reported that the Administration had put CIA on the ground in Turkey.

Watch Beck identify the players and connect the dots. And please, please let patriots know about this. It must reach every voter (those slippery early voters excepted) before the election. We can prevail!

Questions:
Could the Obama Administration’s Fast and Furious gunrunning operation to the Mexican drug cartels be simply a dress rehearsal for a much larger gunrunning operation to al Qaida-linked and other Jihadist groups in Libya and, more ominously, Syria?

Beck: “Why is the media not asking these questions?” And, “What happens if we let the President off and nobody pursues this?”
Lopez: “Then we have failed in our duty—as citizens, as journalists. This has to be brought up this has to be made known to the public that this is going on and that our Administration not only was working with the bad guys—was working with al Qaida linked militias and Jihadis to overthrow Assad in Syria. But that they let out mission go down, they let our Ambassador and others die—in real time, watching it happen and they didn’t do anything about it.”

You may have noticed the polls moving towards Governor Romney the past couple weeks. The Real Clear Politics running average of polls shows that movement. Still it indicates it is President Obama’s election to lose. Here is the RCP “Battle For The White House” running average of polls map as of Thursday, October 18, 2012:
I’m predicting this will become an avalanche vote for a new President, Governor Romney. Of the media commentators, only Dick Morris sees it my way but, I believe Governor Romney will win big capturing 36 states and 361 electoral votes. Here’s my customized electoral map projection as of today:
President Obama has an indefensible record to defend and the scandals of his Administration falling down upon him. The Occupy Wall Street and War On Women campaign themes have not worked and neither has the claim of dispatching al Qaeda with the killing of bin Laden. American voters will learn in the next two weeks that al Qaeda is stronger now than ever and the Arab Spring ought to be called Spring Fever (new by Andrew C, McCarthy). One more thing … Romney! This dude is really good. Turn up the sound. Go ahead and enjoy.
25 days before the Presidential election, it is fair to sum up the position of the White House as, “It is not my fault.” It would be misleading characterize it as, “Not our fault.” As the Benghazi scandal explodes, it is clear the White House is throwing other players—Mrs. Clinton, for example—under the bus. It is very instructive to take a look back at how we got to, “It’s not my fault.”
It did not start out that way. It started out with an “everyman” promise of “hope and change.” President Obama started out taking responsibility for, some would say, quite a bit:
“This is the moment when the rise of the oceans begins to slow and our planet begins to heal.”
People responded to the promise expressing their heartfelt hope in every conceivable way—this Internet Site banner, for example.
President Obama came into office facing an enormous economic crisis. The mortgage meltdown was upon us. This was caused by Democrats making the ownership of a house a virtual entitlement. It began with Jimmy Carter and was expanded a decade and a half later by President Clinton. After the Clinton expansion, it became impossible for lenders to make sound home loans. To turn an unsound loan down would bring scrutiny from the Federal government with charges such as racism. By the mid-90’s, private equity in homes was becoming a thing of the past. The government made it possible to sell these originated loans to the government created Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. This led to the Wall Street real estate derivative scheme and the 2008 economic crisis as false values crashed.
Upon his inauguration, President Obama made it clear that he had no responsibility for any of the past and others (especially intimating President Bush) had acted recklessly and irresponsibly. The new President was not simply talking—he was acting on responsibility! Only five weeks after taking office, he published this document:
Do you think the responsible way to start his responsibility era is to blame Bush? He did just that and more. This’ll give you a flavor:
We start 2009 in the midst of a crisis unlike any we have seen in our lifetimes. Our economy is in a deep recession that threatens to be deeper and longer than any since the Great Depression. More than three and a half million jobs were lost over the past 13 months, more jobs than at any time since World War II. In addition, another 8.8 million Americans who want and need full-time work have had to settle for part-time jobs. Manufacturing employment has hit a 60-year low. Our capital markets are virtually frozen, making it difficult for businesses to grow and for families to borrow money to afford a home, car, or college education for their kids. Many families cannot pay their bills or their mortgage payments. Trillions of dollars of wealth have been wiped out, leaving many workers with little or nothing as they approach retirement. And millions of Americans are unsure about the future—if their job will be there tomorrow, if their children will be able to go to college, and if their grandchildren will be able to realize the full promise of America.
This crisis is neither the result of a normal turn of the business cycle nor an accident of history. We arrived at this point as a result of an era of profound irresponsibility that engulfed both private and public institutions from some of our largest companies’ executive suites to the seats of power in Washington, D.C. For decades, too many on Wall Street threw caution to the wind, chased profits with blind optimism and little regard for serious risks—and with even less regard for the public good. Lenders made loans without concern for whether borrowers could repay them. Inadequately informed of the risks and overwhelmed by fine print, many borrowers took on debt they could not really afford. And those in authority turned a blind eye to this risk-taking; they forgot that markets work best when there is transparency and accountability and when the rules of the road are both fair and vigorously enforced. For years, a lack of transparency created a situation in which serious economic dangers were visible to all too few.
This irresponsibility precipitated the interlocking housing and financial crises that triggered this recession. But the roots of the problems we face run deeper. Government has failed to fully confront the deep, systemic problems that year after year have only become a larger and larger drag on our economy. From the rising costs of health care to the state of our schools, from the need to revolutionize how we power our economy to our crumbling infrastructure, policymakers in Washington have chosen temporary fixes over lasting solutions.
The time has come to usher in a new era—a new era of responsibility in which we act not only to save and create new jobs, but also to lay a new foundation of growth upon which we can renew the promise of America.
This Budget is a first step in that journey. It lays out for the American people the extent of the crisis we inherited, the steps we will take to jumpstart our economy to create new jobs, and our plans to transform our economy for the 21st Century to give our children and grandchildren the fruits of many years of economic growth.

Therefore, while our Budget will run deficits, we must begin the process of making the tough choices necessary to restore fiscal discipline, cut the deficit in half by the end of my first term in office, and put our Nation on sound fiscal footing.
Some may look at what faces our Nation and believe that America’s greatest days are behind it. They are wrong.
Our problems are rooted in past mistakes, not our capacity for future greatness. We should never forget that our workers are more innovative and industrious than any on earth. Our universities are still the envy of the world. We are still home to the most brilliant minds, the most creative entrepreneurs, and the most advanced technology and innovation that history has ever known. And we are still the Nation that has overcome great fears and improbable odds. It will take time, but we can bring change to America. We can rebuild that lost trust and confidence. We can restore opportunity and prosperity. And we can bring about a new sense of responsibility among Americans from every walk of life and from every corner of the country.

No, as a matter of fact, this was his first, last and only budget. Four years later he is still blaming Bush. But now it is Governor Romney, Congressman Ryan, The Republicans in Congress, Wall Street, Greedy oil companies, etc. Now, incredibly, after four years of deficits accumulating $6 trillion in new debt and with the scandals and the cover-ups bursting from darkness, it is also The State department’s fault. It is the Intelligence communities fault. Obama will throw anyone under the bus.

Leaders take responsibility and losers point fingers and place blame. We have had many leaders as President beginning with Washington right on through G.W. Bush. Harry Truman serves as well as any as an icon for what we need.
I am a student of history. We have never before had a President incapable of taking responsibility. This one is incapable of assuming responsibility.

On the evening of August 3, 1492, Christopher Columbus left Palos de la Frontera, Spain commencing his voyage to the “Indies” with three Ships (the Nina, the Pinta, and the Santa Maria) and 90 men—a voyage that changed the world.
90 days later, October 12, 1492, they landed at, not the “Indies” but one of the Bahama Islands. Columbus named it San Salvador (Holy Savior).
Columbus Was a Hinge of History
Columbus opened the way for Western Civilization and the Name of Christ into what he called “this second part of the earth.” The endowment of the Greek-Roman civilization to Western Europe and the great gift of light, Christianity, made the western hemisphere profoundly superior to anywhere else on earth.
Change Was Immediate
He immediately changed the lives of the Indians on “San Salvador” for ill as well as good. The good is apparent. The Taino, while peaceful, had no culture of their own. They lived off the land much as any animal. They suffered from the plunder of their neighbors, the Caribs to the south and east and the Mayan to the west. This changed for these Taino.
The ill? Disease. Neither the Taino or the Europeans had antibody resistance to new diseases. It was several years before the Spanish brought small pox to San Salvador. This deadly disease ravaged the Taino and beyond. In return, the Spanish, who followed Columbus, received and spread throughout Europe new deadly forms of venereal disease.
A Haven For The Chosen
He led the way to a land (America) which would one day provide the first welcome haven to the Jewish people. You see, after Ferdinand and Isabella defeated and permanently expelled the Islamist Moors, they Commissioned and financed Columbus, a profoundly good thing. But they matched that with an equal in evil—they expelled the Jews. It is called the inquisition.
Christopher Columbus received his commission about January 1, 1492. He would need about seven month to obtain and fit his three vessels and build his crews. In early May, the decree of the Spanish Inquisition was published. All Jews had three months to leave Spain.

As the tide began to turn, he was rowed out to the ship where his men waited, and assumed his first command crisply and confidently. In moments, and “in the name of Jesus,” the Santa Maria had weighed anchor, set sail, and was gliding down the river with the ebbing tide. As they reached the place where the Tinto joined the Saltés, just before emptying into the Ocean, a last shipload of Jews was also waiting for the tide. They too were leaving now, bound for the Mediterranean and lands of Islam. It is doubtful they thought of one another beyond a routine log entry. And even if they had, none of that forlorn shipload of Jewish exiles could have dreamed that the three other ships on the river were leading the way to a land which would one day provide the first welcome haven to their people.
Christopher Columbus is one of the few transformational figures in history. There can be no doubt the work he set out to accomplish that August in 1492 was indeed work for the cause of Christ.
