THE 2012 LIBERTY LIST—WHAT IS IT AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?

Tomorrow we launch the work to build, promote and elect a slate of American patriots to turn Democrats out of the United States Senate, turn more Democrats out of the United States House of Representatives and turn Washington status quo Republicans inside out. They will be the patriots of the 2012 Liberty List.

Come on along. You’ll soon become an effective part of the successful 2012 Liberty List. What’ll we do? How can you take action? Build your plan around these five action areas:

  • Study; learn.
    • Follow the Liberty List posts here at the Patriots Trumpet as we build the foundation for a new team in the Congress to restore our Constitution and our government.
    • To understand how and why the Obama Regime is gutting the very life out of America from the inside, we must have clarity on who and what. We face an international ideology. We must understand the global reach that includes President Obama and the key people in power. They are actually neo-communists—even though they use self-identifying labels such as “community organizer.” To gain the knowledge you need, you could read the “New Testament” writing of this “religion”, Rules For Radicals by Saul Alinsky. (The writer of their “Old Testament” is, of course, Karl Marx.)
    • We face and must defeat a second ideology—Islam. To understand Islam, I recommend The Haj by Leon Uris. On the threat presented by Islam, get Andy McCarthy’s book, The Grand Jihad. (The first 17 pages will suffice to arm you with all you need to know about the “who, what, how, and why.”)
    • Finally the sensational new book, Screwed, by Dick Morris will by itself give you the entire picture of the internal and global challenge we face. Make a commitment to buy this book immediately and devour it! You will be effective in the coming weeks. Over the next couple weeks while you read these books, keep yourself focused and motivated with this:

    • Pray. Every one of us and every one we touch can pray every day. Let us pray in God’s love and God’s power; let us pray with power! EVERY DAY! POWER!
    • Communicate. The first (easy) way to communicate is Tweet every one of these posts. Many are not on Twitter, sign yourself and other patriots you know who are committed to act, up for THE DAILY CALL email right here at The Patriot’s Trumpet. It brings daily links to these vital Liberty List Posts. Write letters to the editor, emails to bloggers, comments on Web Sites and call shows. Most of all, if you are a social networker, get started. If not, open your Twitter account today.
    • Work—volunteer for a campaign. If you can do this only on a limited basis, do at least that. Some have the time to star in campaign volunteer work. If that is you, BE A STAR! As we save America, you will be blessed through and in wonderful friends made during the campaign.

THE OBAMA REGIME DECLARES WAR ON ANOTHER STATE — — — ARIZONA

A Review

(Note: Chief Justice John Roberts lasted nearly 7 years before he caved to the “Living Constitution” pressure. On the other hand, Justice Scalia is heading into his 27th year and Justice Clarence Thomas will begin his 22 year Sunday without caving.)

The Supreme Court decision on Arizona v United States was released Monday. The United States (Obama Regime) won on three of four factors. The State of Arizona was (grudgingly) allowed to seek proof of legal residence only in suspicious circumstances after an investigation on another alleged violation (traffic for instance). Janice Brewer, the wonderful Arizona Governor, was confident the ruling left Arizona room to establish reasonable order and safety. That was before all hell rained down on Arizona from their own Federal government; the banana republic-like Obama Regime.

First, in a two stage action, “The Obama administration said Monday it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws, and said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls reporting illegal immigrants that [Big Sis’s] Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona police.”

Second, The lawless Holder Justice Department “has set up a telephone hotline and intake email for the public to report potential civil rights concerns related to the implementation of the Arizona S.B. 1070 provision requiring immigration status verification during certain law enforcement encounters.” The number is 855-353-1010 and email is SB1070@usdoj.gov.

These actions reveal the contempt these Saul Alinsky, Cloward & Piven community organizing radicals, who now occupy the government of the United States of America, have for the rule of law, democracy and freedom itself. The “Always on the cutting edge” Rush has nailed this better than anyone. We have much of it here but, be sure follow the links to get it all.

The Regime Refuses to Enforce the Border and Tells the State of Arizona to Go to Hell

RUSH: I said yesterday on this program that the Obama regime told Arizona to drop dead. Last night on Fox News on the Greta Van Susteren show, the governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer — we admire Jan Brewer here — went on Fox News and she said, “The Obama administration told Arizona to drop dead,” and that is exactly what’s happened. This is unbelievable. I don’t know how this guy is going to get over 20% of the vote in November. I don’t believe what is happening in this country. I literally can’t believe it, folks.

I am sitting here, my mouth agape — wide open — in stunned disbelief! And that’s not accurate because I know these people. I shouldn’t be surprised, but, nevertheless, I am. And I’m scared. I am scared of what these people are doing to this country. This is not… For an administration, after winning, to react the way this one did and basically tell Arizona, “As far as we’re concerned, you don’t even exist”? As we told you yesterday on this program, the regime said it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws.

It furthermore said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls from Arizona reporting illegal immigrants that the Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona cops. “Administration officials, speaking on condition they not be named…” Why? Why? If you’re so proud of this why not attach your name to it, regime? “Administration officials, speaking on condition they not be named, told reporters they expect to see an increase in the number of calls they get from Arizona police — but that won’t change President Obama’s decision to limit whom the government actually tries to detain and deport.

“That means police statewide can immediately begin calling to check immigration status — but federal officials are likely to” tell them to go to hell. Arizona cops can call, and the administration is going to tell them, “(Raspberry).” And that’s not all. To intimidate Arizona law enforcement officials… What happened here? All that happened here is there are federal immigration laws on the books that the federal government is not enforcing because the Democrat Party — losing traditional American voters in droves, left and right — needs as many foreign citizens and illegal immigrants to come into this country as possible to be converted into voters. And into recipients of whatever federal largess Obama wants to try to pass out to purchase their votes. Read the Rest.

Obama Goes “Soviet” on Arizona

RUSH: So the regime is using the Department of Homeland Security to punish Obama’s enemies. I saw a great phrase at a blog post on PJ Media: Obama went “Soviet” on Arizona. Let me read to you from that post. “This is a political maneuver designed to punish Arizona, which” had the audacity… I mean, what is this really all about? Obama is not enforcing immigration law. Arizona is falling apart. A responsible governor says, “All right, well, we’re going to write some laws to give us the ability to enforce the border ourselves.”

And you don’t do that to a solipsistic, narcissistic little man-child like Barack Obama.

You just don’t do openly challenge the King like this!

So Barack Obama turned around and sued Arizona. “Who in the hell do you think YOU are? You want to enforce immigration law? Okay, let me show you what’s going to happen to you. I’m going to tell you we’re not going to enforce immigration law and I’m going to take you all the way to the Supreme Court, and I don’t care what happens to your state!” And that is exactly what happens. And so Arizona is being punished. Now, they might want to say this is political punishment but it has real world consequences.

Crime. Property value loss. Economic calamity.

It’s an absolute disaster. So while this may be traditional ol’ political punishment, there are horrible real world consequences attached to it. Arizona is already reeling from the lawlessness on its border with Mexico. And as I said: It’s abundantly clear now that Obama has given up winning Arizona. He doesn’t care. He’s written it off. Now he’s going “Soviet” on it to make an example to every other state, by the way. And do not discount that. This is a message to every other state on the border: “The same can happen to you if you try this stunt!

“You go overboard defending your border or you challenge me and how I want to defend the border (or not), and this will happen to you, too!” It’s good old-fashioned, political, Soviet-style intimidation. Barack Obama has kicked Arizona out of whatever is left of the federal government’s border enforcement. And in the process, what has Obama — in real world consequences — just done here? Obama has sent a special delivery FedEx or UPS to smugglers and traffickers and criminals of all kinds that Arizona is wide open.

Come on in, gang!

Nobody here to stop you!

And not only that, if somebody wearing a police uniform in Arizona does try to stop you, guess what? We’re gonna get a phone call from some of our buddies on the ground and guess who’s going to jail? The cop! So come on in! Forget New Mexico. Forget California. Forget Texas. Make a beeline for Arizona. We have cleared the decks for you. In fact, we would encourage you to try to get picked up by a cop, because we want the cop punished.

We have people who are going to be spying, making sure that if a cop stops you for any reason whatsoever and demands your papers, he gets his. We’re going to make sure we hear about it, and that cop is finished. So come on in! Arizona is wide open for all of you. That’s the sucker punch. So this puts the law back on hold. It’s a green light to anybody who wants to sneak into Arizona from Mexico all day long.

I want to read you the final paragraph of this post from PJ Media. I don’t know the name, I don’t know who posted it. “We have a remarkable president on our hands. He openly defies the defined obligations of his office, then crafts new abilities to strike out at the states that he dislikes, imposing energy famines,” as in drilling on oil in the Gulf of Mexico, the Keystone pipeline ban, energy famines. He abets “lawlessness in the name of his warped worldview. It’s hard at the present time to regard the union of our United States as such. It doesn’t seem very united when Obama’s Washington keeps acting like a hostile occupier.”

That’s what the writer of this post means when he says that the government went all “Soviet” on Arizona. We don’t have a presidency. We’re occupied. We’re not led. We’re not unified.

THE OBAMA REGISTRY—SPREADING THE WEALTH AROUND FROM THE 99% TO THE “KING”

Perhaps you thought “spreading the wealth around” meant taking from the “1%.” No, no, no! True Socialism (see the French Revolution) takes from the 99% rabble and gives to the king. Who knew it could be this funny.

Those who click on the “get started” link will find registering their event is as easy as this Egyptian Presidential election winner has.

The starter ideas are “birthday, anniversary and wedding.” I know a couple who must be just sick. Their 50th anniversary was yesterday. What better way to memorialize their lives together than to have their friends and children send money to the *king? It is too late for them but what about you? Getting married? Now is your chance to “make a difference.” Consider inviting 1000 guests. Perhaps their “gifts” to the king will average $75. You can feed them (down and dirty) for $40 each. Your cost: $40,000. The king’s take: 75,000. What could be more fair than that?

There are, of course, endless ways to do your part. In the above example, you noticed the new Islamist President of Egypt, The Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohamed Morsi, is apparently anxious to send his spoils to the king. It remains to be revealed how you would send looting, burning and raping.

Other ideas:

  • Having a baby? Let your future “taker” go without the normal clothing and furnishings civilized people expect. Send the cash to the king.
  • Did your mother, husband, wife, or child just die? Ask that all memorials be sent to the king. Families with funerals in the coming weeks should not miss the fateful opportunity to give to the king instead of favorite ministries.
  • 2012 Graduations are generally over so the loyal thing to do is hock your take and send the king the money.
  • Those who eschew marriage for living together should have an event anyway so they can hustle their acquaintances for the king.
  • Christening?
  • Confirmation?
  • Bar Mitzvah?
  • Bat Mitzvah?
  • Zoning approved for a triumphal Mosque?

DEMOCRATS: A PARTY THAT ACTS IN COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE CONSTITUTION, THE LAW, AND THE PEOPLE

We’ll start with the Fast and Furious obvious—the refusal of Attorney General Holder to comply with the lawful subpoena from the House Government Oversight and Reform Committee.

Finally, left with no other course of action, Committee Chairman Issa scheduled a contempt of congress committee vote, President Obama invoked “executive privilege” in the matter. This level of presidential lawlessness has not been seen for nearly 40 years when President Nixon unsuccessfully tried to use executive privilege to cover up administration crime. Unfortunately for Nixon, he was in a political party that put country and principle over party. Obama has no risk. The Democrat party has no principles.

The most serious and damaging National Security leaks in history just recently came from the Obama White house. While a couple of Democrats (example: Senator Feinstein) condemned the leaks, none stood to help stop the cover-up from the Holder Justice Department.

(So far you’re thinking elected Democrats. Yes, but the fraud media is all part of the Democrat machine.)

Obama recently announced the administration will no longer enforce the law with respect to illegals, who were brought here as children, One could emphasize. The children did not break the law of their own accord. But selective enforcement should be an option and is common for the Obama crowd. Border States discovered the Obama Administration was not interested in border enforcement. When Arizona tried to do the job the Obama administration was ignoring, the Obama-Holder bullies sued Arizona.

In the first weeks of 2009, the Attorney General determined not to enforce voting law and other violations where the “alleged perpetrator” is black.

The United States Senate, totally controlled by Harry Reid and Democrats, has now gone more than 1300 days without fulfilling its budget responsibility. The real effect is to add automatic spending increases that have amounted to hundreds of $billion in federal spending and similar increases in the National Debt.

Some argue, with examples, that Republicans have lied and cheated in their public service as well. Yes, that has happened often—too often. The difference is the Democrats start with a lie and everything they do is built on the lie. America is so good and strong we have been able to overcome that in the past. But we are out of time. We must get rid of many Democrats this November replacing them with patriots—citizens who offer to do the hard work of restoring our Republic. How many should be replaced?

  • 20 in the House of Representatives; the Democrats will win back some seats they lost in 2010 but defeating 20 Democrat incumbents should yield an increase in the Republican House majority of a dozen or so.
  • Replacing 15 Senate Democrats should be just right. That is easy to say and hard to do. There is likely to be a Republican loss of 1 or 2.
  • It is essential we restore the presidency into the hands of someone who is truthful and faithful to the rule of law. In other words, replace Obama. We must not fail.

It is also time to put the Republicans on notice.

MEET DENIS MCDONOUGH, DEPUTY NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR AND OBAMA “HIT MAN”

As we know, Obama is our first President to fill top National Security positions

with unqualified cronies. If you are like me, you haven’t heard of Mr. McDonough. It turns out he is an enforcer or “hit man” for the President. As we head into to the Committee vote holding Attorney General Holder in contempt of Congress, a detailed story was published Sunday at Sipsey Street Irregulars linking McDonough to Fast and Furious. Here is an excellent and complete summary by Anthony Martin at the Conservative Examiner:

Obama’s media hit man linked to Fast and Furious

A name that most Americans have probably never heard is Denis McDonough, who serves as Deputy National Security Adviser for the President. But McDonough is perhaps one of the two or three most influential advisers on the Obama team, and he is now directly linked to the Fast and Furious scandal.

According to an exclusive report published today, McDonough’s relationship with the President goes far beyond the political and professional. The two are close friends. McDonough is Obama’s basketball buddy. And it is McDonough who has interjected himself as Obama’s protector, a “media hit man” of sorts who will dress down reporters in a heartbeat if they veer off of the official Administration spin.

Investigative journalists have provided details on McDonough’s background and work history in politics, but the information that makes McDonough relevant to the continually breaking news on the Fast and Furious scandal is his role in silencing complaints from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) about the “gunwalking” activity of the ATF and the FBI.

As early as October of 2009 the CIA and the DEA had sent complaints about the Fast and Furious operation through their respective chains of command, eventually making their way directly to the National Security Council (NSC) at the White House.

The NSC is the entity that has been previously established as the direct link between the Fast and Furious operation and the White House itself.

As members of the NSC, McDonough, Fast and Furious central figure Kevin O’Reilly, and O’Reilly’s boss Dan Restrepo were all informed about the complaints lodged by the CIA and DEA.

A biographical sketch of McDonough at the time described him as Obama’s most influential foreign policy adviser and a “tough guy.”

Thus, when news reached the NSC concerning complaints about Fast and Furious from the CIA and the DEA, the word that was sent back to the agencies was a vehement “butt out,” according to the report issued today.

Given that the President meets on a regular basis with the NSC, sometimes on a daily or weekly basis depending on current events, it would be a stretch to conclude that Obama knew nothing of the Fast and Furious operation from the start. And given that his most influential adviser on the NSC, McDonough, was a close friend and basketball buddy, the suggestion that the President was kept uninformed about the operation is virtually ludicrous.

Further, when it became clear that NSC member Kevin O’Reilly was being transferred to the State Department, where he was then assigned to Iraq to prevent the Darrell Issa committee in the House from questioning him about Fast and Furious, it was McDonough who became the NSC point man concerning the Gunwalker operation.

O’Reilly had begun to exchange emails in March of 2009 about the Fast and Furious operation with Phoenix ATF Field Division Special Agent in Charge William Newell. When the Issa committee began investigating the Fast and Furious scandal in 2011, O’Reilly was identified as a key witness that Issa wished to question.

But by that time O’Reilly had already been transferred to the State Department and shipped out of the country to Iraq, where he remained out of reach. The State Department has also been implicated in the Fast and Furious scandal. Hillary Clinton is O’Reilly’s boss at the State Department.

McDonough, however, filled the role previously held by O’Reilly on the NSC. McDonough’s boss, Dan Restrepo, had also been fully briefed on all communication between O’Reilly and Newell.

Thus, the NSC was fully in on the scandal from the beginning, including Obama’s close friend and top adviser Denis McDonough.

The vast significance of this revelation lies in the fact that it places the scandal ever closer to Barack Obama himself.

“SHARIAH IS COMING, BABY!”

Someone named Matthew Schmitz, who seems to be one preferring “the common good” to Liberty and, writing in First things, has unfortunately and stupidly declared, “the anti-sharia movement in this country…endangers our national security by alienating loyal Muslim citizens and assaults religious liberty.” (H/T Atlas) First Things is an “ecumenical inter-denominational and inter-religious journal” focused on “creating a religiously informed public philosophy for the ordering of society.” In my own view, they are (unfortunately) the leading and most influential journal of their kind.

We desperately need every State to follow the Kansas lead quickly and we need, as quickly as possible, to add new Supreme Court Justices who understand the clear danger that Shariah law sneaking into this country means the end of our God given Liberty. WHO IS THE AMERICAN KING? WHERE DO WE STAND?

A clear reading of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the United States of America shows that, from the beginning, Americans have acted with the confidence that We the People have a sovereignty under God and the government  together with the officers of that government (at any level) are subject to We the People. That American reality is called into question today by the secular forces at large and, too often, from Christian pastors and leaders.

So, who is America’s king? Is it God granting sovereignty to We the People or is our sovereign the American president? Let’s look at two sources: The Holy Bible and American history.

Here’s what the Bible says about reality in a post resurrection world:

John 19:15-16 But they cried out, “Away with him, away with him! Crucify him!” Pilate said unto them, “Shall I crucify your king?” The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar!” Then he delivered Him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus and led Him away.

I Timothy 6:13b-15 I give thee this charge: that thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which He in His times shall show — He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords.

Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them; for He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and they that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Turning to history, the fathers of America clearly understood they were called, chosen and faithful as they faced the Army of the King of England sent to subdue the “rebels” and arrest their leaders, Samuel Adams and John Hancock, April 19, 1775. Here is the account of events from Time Tracks:  

On April 18, 1775, John Adams and John Hancock were at the home of Reverend Clarke. British General Gage was pleading with the colonists to lay down their arms and all would be forgiven, except for Samuel Adams and John Hancock. That same night, Paul Revere arrived to warn them of the approaching Redcoats. The next morning British Major Pitcairn shouted to an assembled regiment of Minutemen; “Disperse, ye villains, lay down your arms in the name of George the Sovereign King of England.” The immediate response of Reverend Jonas Clarke was:

“We recognize no Sovereign but God and no King but Jesus.”

That battle cry soon rang throughout the colonies making this not just a battle for rights, but for religious freedom as well. That would explain why the very first amendment of the Constitution deals with our religious freedoms.

 The Committees of Correspondence sounded the cry across the Colonies: “NO KING but KING JESUS.

 Jonathan Trumbull, a crown-appointed governor, wrote back to England: If you ask an American, who is his master? He will tell you he has none, nor any governor but Jesus Christ.

Scarcely more than a year later the Second Continental Congress was deliberating on the Great Seal for the United States of America. Benjamin Franklin proposed it be cast with a face also on the back showing the scene from Exodus where (the tyrant) Pharaoh is swallowed up by the sea.

The motto being, “Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God.” The original casting has been lost as well as any drawings. This representation is from Harper’s July 1856.

NORTH DAKOTA VOTERS BRING SHAME ON THE STATE (IT’S MY HOME STATE)

THEY VOTED TUESDAY TO RETIRE THE   PROUD UNIVERSITY OF NORTH DAKOTA NICKNAME “FIGHTING SIOUX.” (High Schools Like the Wyndmere, ND Warriors Were Not Affected.)

They hadn’t always been “Fighting Sioux.” For their first 40-some years, they had been

the “Flickertails,” a name arguably more pitiful than the “Gophers.” Worse—their archrivals were the North Dakota State (“Thundering Heard”) Bison. That would be my own Alma Mater and current Division I FCS National Football Champions.

Indians across North Dakota have been proudly supportive of the Fighting Sioux name and logo regardless of their individual “Nation.” Actually the only place in the State you could round up a group to oppose the name was on the UND campus. So, why did the North Dakota voters reject “Fighting Sioux?” They succumbed to political correctness. Specifically, the political correctness of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The NCAA determined around the turn of the century that Indian mascot names were racist and demeaning to American Indians. They therefore did what liberals always do—banned Indian mascot names. American Universities are almost totally populated by liberals and most went right along. Some, Stanford, for example, had led the way years before by dumping their American Indian mascots. There were only three problems:

  • Illinois negotiated to keep the name “Fighting Illini” but discontinue the practice of having a dancing Indian at athletic events. No one noticed except the guy who lost his job.
  • The Florida State Seminoles simply told the NCAA, “We’re not changing. Don’t bring it up again.” The NCAA basically didn’t.
  • North Dakota (before oil) was not Florida and college hockey is not college football. (Never mind that the Fighting Sioux has 8 national hockey titles.) Political correctness, it turns out, understands money.

By 2012, the name Fighting Sioux was apparently lost. The NCAA and political correctness seemingly had won. But a movement, lead by North Dakota Indians, were determined to fight—at the polls. They got an initiative on the primary election ballot. The election was this past Tuesday. Political correctness won. Read this pitiful capitulation to political correctness from the group opposing the initiative:

“This is a political matter with no celebration,” said Tim O’Keefe, executive vice president and CEO of the UND Alumni Association and Foundation, who led a campaign to retire the nickname. “We’ve said all along that this is not an issue about preference. Clearly if that were the case, the name would be staying. The price of keeping the name is simply too high.”

Those North Dakota voters Tuesday, like millions across America, have no idea how high the price of defeat by the progressives will be.

Speaking of money, here’s the short story of the Ralph Engelstad Arena and how the University of North Dakota plays hockey in the finest college arena in the world—for now.  

Former UND hockey player and Las Vegas billionaire, Ralph Engelstad offered up to $100 million to build a hockey arena for the Fighting Sioux. Engelstad stipulated three provisions including the University and its hockey team must remain the Fighting Sioux.

(The political correctness handwriting was already on the wall.) The University says that stipulation is not in the 30 year contract. But, the Engelstad Companies fully and clearly understand Ralph’s stipulation and expects to keep it. (Mr. Engelstad died in 2002.) The Ralph Engelstad Arena has 2400 Fighting Sioux logos in the building including this marble floor inside the main entrance.

Hopefully the voters of my home State will exhibit more spine in the future. And remember, UND now needs a new nickname. I suggest something peaceful—not aggressive—like flowers. North Dakota is blessed with many wild flowers. Let the University of North Dakota sports teams be called the Crocuses. For those not familiar with the Dakotas, this is a Crocus (The South Dakota State flower).

The 2012 campaign season is legitimately underway and one of the most salacious memms the Left has been using to distract Americans from more vital issues—llike jobs and the economy—is the trumped-up “GOP’s war on women.” Based on nothing more than the fact that Conservatives are opposed to Obama’s contraception mandate that would require religious employers to cover the cost of birth control—since conservatives are generally in favor of religious freedom—the mainstream media has been perpetuating the distorted lie that Republicans “hate women” and want to take away their independence.

MEET THE CONSERVATIVES IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES—THE REPUBLICAN STUDY COMMITTEE

Members of Congress make an initial commitment on conservatism; they join the conservative Republican Study Committee—or not. About 175 of the 242 House Republicans are members of the RSC. My friend, Minnesota 6th District Congresswoman, Michele Bachmann is an RSC member—my own (MN 3rd District) Congressman Eric Paulson is not. House majority leader Eric Kantor (Virginia) is a member—Speaker John Boehner (Ohio) is not. Nearly 95% of the 2010 Liberty List, who were elected, are members of the RSC.
